Straight from Google Is erythritol good or bad for you? There's increasing scientific evidence that erythritol and other artificial sweeteners can be bad for your health. Recent research shows erythritol may be associated with an increased risk of heart attack, stroke, and even death. But erythritol is on the list of "Generally Recognized as Safe" foods by the FDA.Sep 26, 2023>......webmd...is the site
There have been studies that eriythritol may make platelets stickier and might be a cause for stroke heart attack and death. I watched about 6 vids yesterday about exactly that. And there is proof that this sweetener can cause intestinal distress (I had the trots for 2 weeks after I started this sweetener) so if you have intestinal problems you might want to avoid this product.
Well you've been duped! Take a look at who funded these studies and you'll find it is the food industry and people who are pushing sugar and garbage on the public and they are the ones who funded this study. And the baseline and other quality study parameters are missing. It is full bullshit.
This is so helpful. I am ketovore, strict. I put allulose or the sweetener you used, in my coffee. Some hard core carnivores insist that the sweet taste will cause insulin to spike. I am assuming an insulin surge happens when blood sugar spikes. I went from diabetic to normal in 5 months on a primarily carnivore diet. I have been concerned about spikes from carbs in dairy, especially milk. Thank you for these great experiments.
I absolutely love your channel bro amazing work , you are a game changer for many people. Thanks allot. Please do “jaggery” blood sugar spike. Jaggery is a Indian natural sugar see what it does
Thank you for this one! I’m insulin resistant and my ONE vice I haven’t shaken is my daily energy drink to get me crank started. It’s erithrytol sweetened. 🤠👍
I switched from Splenda to the liquid Monk fruit, after reading that Splenda causes blood sugar spikes. Taste so much better too. The best I have ever tried, and has health benefits also.
I never had Erythritol with Monk fruit combined. I do use pure Monk fruit powder. It does have an after taste. Isn't Erythritol not a natural sweetener? Chemical?
@@elsiegreer826 nope- luckily, their not bad for you-according to all the credible research, once your digestive system can tolerate them, you're good to go
I feel it’s more about dopamine. Do sweeteners give you a dopamine hit? Dopamine is complicated in terms of how often you should keep hitting those highs
Stevia & maltodextrin...SUCH TRASH. Monk Fruit OWNS Stevia,Equal,Sweet n' Low by a rockslide.(I used ALL of the aforementioned sweeteners. FAIL. They LOSE to monk fruit...) My green tea NEEDS monk fruit (raw honey is the ONLY sweetener that comes CLOSE to monk fruit...)...
I recently bought monk fruit with erythritol (In The Raw brand)to try it, and did like the flavor. I returned it. I also did not like Stevia. I use instead Purecane brand, which is made with real sugarcane, but another zero calorie option and it tastes like real sugar. If you could test that too.
Just because it doesn’t spike your blood sugar doesn’t mean it doesn’t trick your body to release insulin. You will definitely become insulin resistant.
It is because of dehydration... Consume tummy full of water after erythritol consumption... You will pee it out in few hours without headache... Try it and let me know 😊
Just want to know how much % of erythritol and monkey fruit there is in it. I checked the package but it doesn't say anything. Usually, it is like 99% Erythritol and 1% monkey fruit in most sweeteners.
