ESO PROC SETS EXPLAINED! FAST! 

This is the commonly asked question I get from newer players when asking about sets. The game doesn't clearly state what proc sets are, and the lists can take awhile to find your set. So here is a fast, simple way to see if a set is a proc set. Remember, if you see the words "if", "when", "then", or anything that mentions you needing to do an action, that means its a proc, so it will NOT work in no-cp / no proc PvP.
