I was Army National Guard for 6 years with 2 years inactive reserve. I was never activated, but had a couple injuries while on activated on state level for severe weather. Am I eligible for disability? I have no medical records, and it's been almost 30 years ago. Please help me.

You seem to be wanting to claim some version of what lay people have on the job called Worker Compensation benefits, but 3 decades after you say the events happened. Not gonna happen. There is only your word for it unless you reported to your commanding officer at that time. Which, then, you would contact the National Guard or whomever military branch or military personnel office to file a claim if you think it is military duty related. But with no records, no witnesses, no proof.../ Your option if you are unable to work now for whatever reason is to follow protocol and go see a doctor and explain how you are disabled from working now and specific to your job. (Cant stand all day, have to sit after 10 mins, cant use fingers, whatever ) Disability is tied to employment and to paying taxes. It is nit military related. You might also want to visit the SSA website and read the Disability info. And again see a primary care physician and see if they will put you on disability leave, and go to your employer and et cetera apply for your state's short term disabilty benefits while you apply for long term federal disability benefits. / And really if you are serious go into the description section of the video and follow the link to apply to join the Disability Digest membership, which is free. Once you enroll, someone there can further advise you. You are grasping at straws bringing up non-documented events from 3 decades ago. Your best bet is to see a doc and talk about NOW. Best wishes.
