Karen Wasson the NIV is the first one I saw and when they came out with it in the ESV I was surprised and knew I had to get one cause I’ve seen their ads and it just seemed like such a neat Bible. They did a great job on it. Thanks for watching!

Yeah I love how they show Jesus throughout the entire Bible, it is fascinating. I agree on font sizes. The articles have a large font size which is great but I prefer a larger font in the Biblical text. Vision issues are not fun. I even need reading glasses for the giant print editions. Without my reading glasses I’d be lost! They did do a great job on this Bible though. I would love to see a large print edition. Or I’d gladly give up margin space for a larger font too. @@BibleBelievingChristian I always watch your Bible reviews and landed up getting a couple on a budget. Yeah vision issues are not fun Sister. I want to still have the freedoms we do here in America to be able to study and read his Holy word as they're chipping away our first Amendment in the Christian community. Arresting Pastor Davin Lynn unjustly in Canada for preaching the good news of Jesus Christ out on pubic tax payers grounds. Callling good evil and evil good. Christians are being prosecuted with hate speech. Which it's the love amd power of God he forgives all who come to him and repent. Here in America we're right behind Canada, They too also arrested a man of God unjustly. Jesus told us in the last days we too shall be hated by the world as they hated him first. Christians lifrway Bookstores here just closed their doors forever but as of now can still order from them only on line. There maybe come a day where they may band the Bible. There starting to call it hatefull. In other parts of the world our brothers and sisters in Christ are risking their lives for the Bible. When there’s people out there that would literally risk their lives to be able to own even a paperback Bible and then I see people here that say a hardcover is beneath them and they wouldn’t use it that really bothers me! It is the word of God! Period, regardless of the binding it is what is on the inside that is important. I think people here sometimes forget that and once they try taking our Bibles away maybe they will finally see that. These days wrong is right and right is wrong. I recall a quote from Reagan where he said when we’re no longer one nation under God we will be one nation gone under & that is so true.

db3 I keep my favorites and I give a lot of them to people in my area as well as friends and family. I love the Bible and love sharing it with people and hopefully sharing them helps people to find one that speaks to them. It is hard to make a purchasing decision without being able to see one first and so many physical bookstores are closing and so we pretty much have to buy online and many times I couldn’t find a close up video of one I wanted which is why I started my channel so I could show what I wanted to see in a review & hoping maybe others wanted to see the same thing... But yeah I do have some nice Bibles in my library. Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment. I appreciate it.

It’s a neat Bible. They also have it in the NIV translation. I like that it shows how all Scripture ultimately points to Jesus. It’s a nice Bible. I probably own too many Study Bibles, but I appreciate the different viewpoints on some subjects. Some get me thinking (I love to think), and some of them will take the blinders off my eyes, and some inspire me in a different direction. It doesn't mean they are right and I am wrong, or vice-versa, but at least it gives a different perspective. Yes, I agree the Word itself is all important. I appreciate you, too, sister in Christ. There wasn't always so many choices for choosing a Bible. Your channel can really help with an important decision.

francis rozario it’s a very classy n clean looking cover and it feels very durable too. Bibles do get to be expensive. This is a pricey hobby but I feel called to do it so I make sacrifices to be able to keep reviewing and I don’t spend money on anything else, otherwise I couldn’t do it. It adds up! But I love sharing the word of God and as long as I’m able to I’ll keep reviewing them for people. It’s rewarding and fun to fellowship with people from all over the world. Like a nice lady in Spain 🇪🇸! You probably know her!

I from the UK so bibles are way more expensive than in USA where deals happen all the time. But the Jesus bible ESV version is £20.99 on Amazon and the NIV version from Eden.co.uk is £29.98 so I am tempted. What version do you prefer?

It has all 66 books of the Bible and it has black letter.

I have found that out of the two I would reach for the gospel transformation one much more than the Jesus Bible because it’s got a lot more notes and I felt like it was more engaging to me than the other one. If I had to pick one over the other I’d probably pick the transformation one and out of ones I’ve gifted I’ve given a few of those to friends/family but haven’t gifted any of the Jesus Bible ones and everyone that has gotten one of the transformation ones has loved it. The cultural backgrounds study Bible is a really neat Bible, also the Faithlife illustrated study Bible is really neat too and is available in the NKJV, I’ve only reviewed the NIV so far but will eventually review the NKJV as well. This ESV Jesus Bible is a really neat Bible though and it’s neat to see how it all points to Jesus but it’s definitely not going to be as engaging as a full color study Bible. I try to show a wide variety of Bibles cause there’s so many of them out there and it’s so hard to choose one. Thank you for watching and commenting. I haven’t seen the paper GSM listed anywhere. I wish they’d put that in the specs of Bibles. That would be useful information for sure
