If that filter is washable hot water and green Zep cleaner work wonders, that's what I do for the washable filter on my Hoover Hushtone branded EmPower

E10071 ^march 10=2010 so it was made in march of 2010 an these were solid units they can last a bit

I had one of these for like 8 years! Worked so well for me until the belt busted one too many times and I wound up trashing it 🤣
