Trump during the 2020 campaign wanted and still wants to (according to Time magazine interview) stop collecting the payroll tax which is the FICA tax that funds Social Security and Medicare. A Social Security actuary said if that happens Social Security will end within 3 years. Not to mention what will happen to Medicare.

Thank you for your sanity, and your courage. I think most people find something they dislike in Biden's policies - Democrat, Independent, or Republican. He's not the ideal candidate (although he's in some tough spots right now that, contrary to Trump's assertions, are not of his own making and not things that Trump could have avoided), but there is no question that he is the only candidate right now that people should vote for - the Democrats had a chance to field another candidate, the Republicans had a chance to field another candidate (and third party candidates will not be viable until we have Ranked Choice Voting), so this is the choice we're left with, and it's really not a choice. A vote for Trump is a vote for Trump. A vote for a third party candidate is a vote for Trump. Staying home is a vote for Trump. And a vote for Trump is a vote for chaos, crime, and corruption in the White House.

Sir - there are many things I also dislike about Joe Biden but when I weight those things against all the things I hate about donald trump - the scale is so weighted down by the trump negatives that that scale is now so weighted down by the trump negatives it touches the ground.
