I have tried almost every spaceship game and EvE is still absolutely the best after all these years . I am not even an MMO kind of player but the ship design , the atmosphere , colors , sounds , setting ... everything is realistic and so pleasant to look at. The only game which came close to EvE was X3 .... but when I see those childish aliens in x4 it's a complete letdown for me.
EVE Online really makes me feel like I'm in space. In real space, there is no up, down, left, or right. It's truly a bottomless world. EVE Online reminds me that I'm floating in such a world.
Idk what space game you’re playing but it’s definitely not EVE. It’s all water based physics, ships are literally sailing through the universe. Nothing about the game engine is based on the actual physics of flying through space.
@@shawnmeyer1816 It is certainly so. However, when sublight speed spaceflight is actually recreated based on the theory of relativity, the light from the star is condensed toward the front of the spacecraft due to optical aberrations. If you get extremely close to the speed of light, and time obviously slows down inside the spacecraft, all the starlight will be equal to a point, making for a completely uninteresting landscape.
@@ingenieroriquelmecagardomo4067 Do you mean, when everyone gets frozen in a grid and you lose half of your army, on both sides, without even activating a single module, it's a skill issue? Would love you see your skill in that scenario.
