The A319neo is considered rare because it is a relatively new aircraft model that was only introduced in 2017. Compared to other aircraft models, the A319neo has a limited number of units produced and in operation. Additionally, Airbus has focused more on producing larger models like the A320neo and A321neo, which have been more popular among airlines. As a result, the A319neo has a smaller market demand, leading to fewer units being manufactured and delivered to customers. Only 12 Airbus A319neo aircraft have been active at the moment, making it a rare sight in the skies. While 8 of them gracefully navigate the skies in China, one spreads its wings in Uzbekistan, and the remaining three soar high above Europe.
The Airbus A319neo of K-5 Aviation, D-ANEO, has recently visited Bern Airport in Switzerland. This beauty is equipped with the remarkable LEAP-1A engine, a true testament to the cutting-edge technology of the A320neo family.

An ACJ variant (like this one) of the A319neo once flew nonstop for 16 hours and 10 minutes, setting a record for the longest nonstop flight for an aircraft in the A320 family.

The 319 CEO is one of my favorite planes, but wow this NEO, with those winglets is awesome! Also, I was not ready for the acceleration of that plane. I worked at United for a long time and was around 319's a lot, none of ours ever took off so fast. Amazing!

I wonder who's going to get the exact model stateside my guess American Airlines because their A319-115s from 2013-2017 are pushed to the limit. Possibly United Airlines🇺🇲/British Airways🇬🇧 to finish off their ageing A319ceos A319-131/132 versions.

Amazing quality and aircraft! I've seen an A319neo ACJ at Amsterdam, and a few China Southern A319neos at Guangzhou.

Great video Matt! Fortunate timing to be able to see this plane. And the wet runway adds to the scene at takeoff with the water blowing, and the slight bit of sunlight hitting the plane as it climbs is the icing on the cake! Thanks for posting this.
