not really. THE FACT that Chojiro in the 1,000 years ago just like Yamamoto and Unohana, shows that the old days of the Soul Society is gone. Time for the new generation to grow. The fact that he got rid of THESE THREE showed of how he thought through about this scenario. We even seen Chojiro's Bankai in THE PAST and used by the Quincy. A Bankai or a character doesn't NEED to be shown in a fight to be a good character. It's what they represent and HOW they represented in the story

@@soul8648 well it would've been way better had his death been meaningful. Think it would have been better had he used his bankai and lost to show that the old SS is gone. Unohana Kenpachi came back (granted she was OP as hell) but still it just doesn't sit right with me. Considering how he said that he was going to continue to hone his Bankai and didn't even get a final fight

@@kimurapython121 that death WAS meaningful, did you forget the funeral and Byakuya had said about Chojiro and Yamamoto's rage? The FACT that a character like THAT died without showing his Bankai, proves that the enemy ARE ones who can't be beat by any normal means ones who have been their enemies from before but only the enemies of the old era. You might not like that idea, but calling it bad because of it... isn't really right to me. Also, Unohana can pretty much blitz everyone besides the royal guard, Yhwach, AND hashwalth as Zaraki killed 3 of them WITHOUT even taking his eye patch NOR trained under her yet

@@soul8648 Okay thats facts. That scene was the biggest thing to come out of it. That is a good moment however it kinda lacks impact when we didnt even to know the guy that much. And the scene with Yama killing the quincy using his bankai was tough asl im not gon lie too. Ig it didnt hit me as much when Yama got done like that. Tho i did like how captains finally got to show their Bankai Like shunsui and Urarhara.

@@kimurapython121 right? What I wanted to say though, that a character doesn't ALWAYS has to be in a fight in order to be cool, good, or epic character. Just people need (not you), but they need to look what they presents to others, to themselves, and for the narrative
