You have such a beautiful style: simple, no distracting music (and if I want I can put my own but not stand one from someone else), clear, soft and relaxing, and very clean and simple. I also love the pace and the structure of the combinations. It feels very balancing.

Hey Jessica, I just realized this is my absolute favorite yoga flow for the morning. I've watched lots of them, but you not only bring the nicest stretches and combine them really well, you also move at a pace that both keeps the attention active and is still easily manageable. I found JR’s session has the right level and tempo for me. I like the way she guided me through all the needed stretches within 15 minutes - hamstring stretches are the most challenging poses yet I gradually getting better by persistent practices. Thanks 🙏

I've been feeling stiff and achy after an aerial silks class this week, so this was perfect to have a fairly quick full-body stretch. I accidentally missed my yoga class this morning, so this helped me make up for it!
This was very engergizing and I like how fast the flow was for a quickie yoga routine that gets all the body parts :) I have been trying to do yoga weekly and this is a great addition to my routine!
