@@AkshayKumar-wg8um I can understand what you are trying to say that rest more than training but with what I researched, every muscle should be hit twice a week for maximum gains with at least two days gap between the same Which could only be possible thought push pull legs or keep legs for just once Then also it's a 5 days working week with 2 days off 🤷♂️

Bro, I was in a same state as yours..... But trust me I did a research about gaining weight and found out that I should eat 1000 calories more than my maintenance calories....my maintenance calories was 2400 when I was 55 kilograms. So I stated taking 3500 calories
