I'm having Before gym sprouts Blackchana Green beans Mathidana After gym 3 brown bread 3 eggs 2 banana 4 sock Almonds n raisins After noon Oats Night Rice n daal Or roti n vegetables. Is it fine???

Bro in india with this ongoing COVID-19 gyms keep getting close in few months. Please start a series on resistance band work out for all body parts... It would be great help for many people. Also there's not much series in resistance band workout in RU-vid...

Mere ek side shoulder ka bone slightly badh gaya h doctor ne bola uric acid badhne k karan hua h. 6.30 uric acid Toh doctor ne gym jane aur protein food complete band karwa diya. 7 months ho gaye. @@AkshayKumar-wg8um I can understand what you are trying to say that rest more than training but with what I researched, every muscle should be hit twice a week for maximum gains with at least two days gap between the same Which could only be possible thought push pull legs or keep legs for just once Then also it's a 5 days working week with 2 days off 🤷‍♂️

Bro, I was in a same state as yours..... But trust me I did a research about gaining weight and found out that I should eat 1000 calories more than my maintenance calories....my maintenance calories was 2400 when I was 55 kilograms. So I stated taking 3500 calories
