Pablo has most of the styles of food choices that I have. Also I agree with his challenges of maintaining diet and workout routine i.e the time factor. Lastly, Den of Thieves is my fav movie of his and that too his character so Pablo daying that Merrimen is tge one he wants to have a meal with, is also my choice ! Cheers Pablo !🙌

it's amazing to watch these guys that are over 6'3 that are huge, one guy was liquefying ice cream just to consume the amount of calories needed. Pablo was the perfect master chief, with the boots he was 7' tall, crazy.

Everyone keeps saying he's on something because of the calorie intake he said but they fail to realize he isn't average size. 5000+ calories is nothing when you're 6'5" and weighing almost 250 lbs. If he was as jacked as a bodybuilder, then i would buy he is on something.

@rocky8838 If you actually knew how gear, test, and HGH works then you would know he would be huge. See the Rock. Having visible veins doesn't mean anything. A person at 6'5", 250 lbs would need 2500 calories normally. A highly active person who is working an active job would easily need 4000+ and if your bulking than it's easy to see 5000 or 6000.

Alan Ritchson admitted to taking testosterone after filming the first season of Reacher and that guy is tall too. You'd be a fool to not think these guys aren't juicing when they have 6 months or less to put on a lot of mass for a role.

@yippykiyay89 if you're a nutritionist then you know there are numerous factors at play with a person's calorie intake. He said he is consuming 5000 while filming and the 7000 is during his bulk. Also, he's highly active with his multiple days of workouts. I also wouldn't discount having to do stunt work in that Halo suit for multiple hours in the day as well. For a guy that is 6'5" extremely active with a job that is physically demanding at time, it is very plausible. I'm sure when he isn't filming all this all lowers.

I need Pablo’s trainer lmao. I’m 6’2 160 a metabolism on steroids. I started eating 4,000 healthy calories a day two months ago with working out and haven’t gained a strain of weight. Expensive as hell to eat this much too. 😅😂

Fast metabolism is generally a myth. Some people burn more foods more efficiently but for 99.999% of people if you are in a calorie surplus then you will gain weight. Chances are you're not the type to naturally put on muscle but you'd still gain weight if you were eating in a surplus. If you have the budget for it, order your 4k calories/day in premade and portioned meals. You might be amazed to find out that you're not actually eating anywhere near 4k calories per day or that you're super active.
