If you ever have a hard time getting enough potassium in your diet, it's very easy to replace ordinary table salt with Morton Lite-Salt. It tastes just like the real thing on food, and has half the sodium replaced with potassium.
2:03 spilling over? like gaining fat rather than like carb water weight? what is the metric for that? I am cutting rn and struggling to pin point how much fat im actually loosing when carbs aren't 100% the same. Id be interested if you have any deeper thoughts on it
I'm curious, did you change your programming to bias certain muscle groups when preparing if you saw any weakness/imbalance to attack, or did you stick with the same even spread the entire time?
I generally run less volume for back and more for chest shoulders as that’s what i mainly lack which didnt really change during the prep. There’s not much you can do in terms of building muscle at this point if there are any weaknesses!
