Yes... BUt when you get totally into shape and lean, if you drink one evening alcohol, you can see all that sugar on your belly for 10 days... Quite sucks, I was used to drink every week... Twice... :( Now I aim onces in 3 weeks, I aim for 1600, but Iam tall

I’m allergic to pumkin (get hives all over my hands and harms and even throat from just tutching them lol so won’t even try eating it) Don’t like rice, never have😂 So.. my only choice here is ✨potato✨
