Hey Adam, Check your diff bolts mate - they have a habit of shearing off - you can do the diff bolts leaving the transfer box in place, make sure yo use 10.9 grade bolts and loctite :) - SO a couple of dollars on new bolts and a few hours labour and shell be fixed - 20 years owning evo's so if you ever get stumped on the 5 let me know.

Old vw trick. Can you space/raise driver side of engine with a block spacer? Used to run a 1” block under the mount only on the driver side to eliminate axle bind on the driver side. Just a thought.

You know you can get custom axels from G-Force. They can make them shorts or longer and HP proof. Evo looks great. Love how everything is powder coated yellow.
My Evo 5 had the common front axle binding issue under compression, and replacing with Evo 6 axles fixed the problem (I believe they are shorter). Raising the front end should resolve the issue for now, but you need 6 or TME (6.5) front axles.
Also... that could be the front diff bolts failing later in the video... another common issue that might present itself when you run E85 or larger turbo (significantly higher power than stock)

@23:54 it looks like one of the body mount bolts is backed out. I am seeing bolt shaft with no bushing or anything else filling the space. From the sound you are getting it could be something torquing the body causing that to flex.
Will take a stab and say the 15mm front lower extension is allowing the axle to jack out of the front diff entirely and make that pop sound and thats why it sounds ok while driving straight but bad on steering lock. *only a guess for the next video, when it gets diagnosed*
While you are up here, if you have a free day you should go up to highland mountain bike park, even if you don't ride the mountain they have some pretty sick dirtjumps and I think your og subs would enjoy seeing you on a bike
