Not sure how many enjoy the Dragon Quest series but hope you enjoyed this video! Took a while to make! I'm currently addicted to Dragon Quest 11... It's really fun!

I like how in (some) Dragon Quest games, it doesn't say that "(Insert Main Character here) has fainted" or stuff like that. It just gets straight to the point with "(Insert main character) dies."

Such commitment in getting the animations from DQ VII, to those who don't know it takes at least 1 hour to get to the first enemy in the 3DS remake and the PSX version takes at least twice that much time

One thing I liked in Dragon Quest 8 was how some bosses would mock you if you lost to them and came back. Even your party would react to you dying if I recall right. I remember Jessica asking if we could level up more or get better gear before trying again.

It's nice to see well-made evolution video for Dragon Quest. A vital game series to gaming, especially for Japanese games. Each game pioneered new concepts and technology. Also one of, if not, the best game series of all time. Try out the DQXI S demo if you are new to DQ!

6:15 that remake was for PS2. There's also a PS1 remake of 4 (though I think it very similar to the DS version) along with the GBC versions of 1, 2, and 3, and the 3DS version of 11 (Japan only unfortunately)
