Of all the Kirby baddies, Marx was the most memorable.

Something really awesome about the end of milky way wishes is that as you Nova approaches Popstar on the map, the sun and moon *stop* fighting, and work together to stop Nova. That is such a cool part that always makes it worth it

Marx is creepy in his Soul form but in his original form he's actually really adorable. And he's fun to play in Star Allies.

This is the guy that started my long chain of Kirby villains I want to side with for some unexplainable reason This list includes but is not limited to Magolor Dark Meta Knight Susie And of course the Jambastion mages

So after the Terminal Montage video, everyone makes the joke about him being a demon, but I think people are actually starting to believe that, and in my opinion people aren't understanding Marx as a character, he's really just kind of a guy, one who was actually a really close old friend of Kirby's, but for whatever reason he became evil one day and became the crazed villain we know him as. I personally hope Marx isn't "just evil for the sake of being evil" and I honestly really hope they explore this character more in future games.

So the elemental effects give Marx some of his icon moves from Super Star. Electric gives his arrow attack, Water his growing vines, Wind his quadruple blades, Ice his splitting bomb. But what does Fire give him? I couldn't see it in this video.

Does this imply anything??? Can Marx actually be appearing in a new game with more plot importance??? Anyway, it is really interesting seeing Hal using him so often... Maybe he does plan a comeback... After all it never made sence to me on why he helped kirby...

Marx's Story for Star Allies (This takes place after you free King Dededee and Meta Knight. Also this follows Super Star Ultra's True Arena which is non-canon.) 1. Back from the Dead Marx: Ugh. My head. What happened? *Flashes back to the events of Milky Way Wishes* Oh yeah I made the Sun and Moon fight and then tricked Kirby into summoning Nova so I could rule Popstar but Kirby stopped me and I flew into Nova. Everything else is a blur. *Tries to remember harder* Wait. I was catatonic until I absorbed some of Nova's power into myself and came back stronger and only driven to kill Kirby but I lost again and then died. So...where the hell am I? In Hell? Kirby: Hey Marx. Marx: GAH! Wait? Kirby?! How?! Wait, I'm alive?! How?! I remember violently ripping in half as I screamed in agony after you killed me! Meta Knight: Are you sure reviving him was a good idea, Kirby? King Dededee: Look this Jambastation situation is way too great with just us, Rick, Kine, Coo, and Gooey to handle and Marx is the only one who has enough power to help us. Plus it was either Marx or Nightmare. Meta Knight: Fair point. Marx: Jambastation, what? Bandana Dee: Allow me. *Bandana Dee explains the situation to Marx* Marx: Okay. I get it. You need my help to stop these guys. Alright. I'll do it. Kirby: Yay! Marx: That doesn't mean we're all buddy buddy. I still intend on causing mayhem once this is over. 2. The Journey Marx: So you and Kirby are friends now? I thought you hated each other? King Dededee: We did but then we settled things. I lost but it was settled. And most of those fights were because of a misunderstanding or I was brainwashed. I'm still surprised that Kirby actually came to save me from Sectonia. Marx: Okay. I'm still wrapping my head around the fact that Kirby beat Zero not once but twice. Meta Knight: We're here. *The heroes arrive at Jambastation* Marx: Welp. We're just a few steps away from ending this shit. 3. VS Hyness *Hyness begins his insane rambling* Kirby: Uh. What's up with him? Marx: Who cares? It's time to fight! *They knock Hyness's hood off* Marx: Whoa! This guy is ugly! *Hyness is beaten a prepares to sacrifice himself* Hyness: Rise Void Termina! Marx: Void Termina! They've been doin' all this just to bring him back?! *The heroes prepare for the final battle* 4. VS Void Termina and Void Soul Kirby: Ready? Meta Knight: Ready! King Dededee: Ready! Bandana Dee: Ready! Rick: Ready! Kine: Ready! Coo: Ready! Gooey: Ready! Marx: Yeah. Let's do this! We need to take him down or else he'll destroy everything in existence! *They destroy Termina's inner shell and make it to Void Soul soon after* Marx: This is it! Don't hold back! Give it everything you've got! Kirby: Ultra Sword! Meta Knight: Mach Tornado! King Dededee: Ultra Hammer Flip! Bandana Dee: Spear Barrage! Rick: Flamethrower! Kine: Splash! Coo: Wing Slicer! Marx: Laser! *The heroes and Void Soul are ejected from Termina's body and ensue their final clash* Marx: Everyone! Now! *Together they defeat Void Soul once and for all* 5. After the Battle *Everyone returns home and Marx departs soon after* Meta Knight: Are you sure it's wise to let him go, Kirby? Kirby: Yeah. I've got a feeling he's changed. *Meanwhile in space* Marx: I dunno why but it felt...good to be the hero for once. I still wanna settle things with Kirby but there's something I gotta do first. 6. VS Morpho Knight *Marx travels back to Jambastation for something* Marx: I know you're there Galacta Knight. *Galacta Knight descends ready for battle until the butterfly descends and absorbs him* Marx: So. You've finally returned...Morpho Knight. *Morpho Knight, now reborn, looks around* Marx: If I recall, you were deemed far too powerful to be allowed to roam free so the Ancients split you into two halves; the butterfly and Galacta Knight. The Galacta Knight half was sealed away shortly afterwards whereas the butterfly was allowed to roam free. Thanks to Meta Knight's wish to fight someone worthy of him, Galacta Knight was freed and began stumbling towards the point where the butterfly would find him and you'd be reborn. *Morpho Knight prepares for battle* Marx: Hmph. I already know what you're thinking and it's not gonna happen. Kirby's mine to deal with! *Marx transforms into his Soul form* Marx Soul: Come on! Let's see what you've got! *After a long fought battle Marx emerges victorious and Morpho Knight fades away* And 7. Ready for the Future *Marx travels back to Popstar after thoroughly destroying Jambastation* Marx: Alright. Now that that's been dealt with, it's time to settle things with Kirby. Probably won't kill him though. Then I'll probably just stick to entertainment, I've heard Popstar needs it.
