There are two figures in the background in episode 3 and you can't see their faces. I believe those were the Siths. That's how Kamir knows what happened.

The problem is Ki-Adi-Mundi is in the acolyte and he is the one that stated the Sith have not been seen for thousand years. When questioning if Darth Maul was a sith. So it screws up George Lucas’s story. That said I love the acolyte and the new Sith Lord.
Ki-Adi-Mundi states in phantom menace that the Sith had not been seen for 1000 years. So as long as somehow he does not find out that this new dude is a Sith Lord… we are all good.

Exactly, we just lived through a pandemic where half the population believes it was a hoax. Even if Ki-Adi-Mundi sees the Sith for himself, he would just dismiss it because of his arrogance, which he continually demonstrated through the prequels. Never underestimate arrogance, nothing is ruined.
No background on anyone from the start. I was dropped in a bucket with rats running around trying to figure out what’s going on. If this is a beginning I need some information on people, things and motivation. Don’t flashback me until the second or thread episodes.lost me after that. I said this on another post. I dont think they'll mess with Plagueis.... but I do believe we will see a species swap with Tenebrous.... He is such a mystery, so they can work with that... I'd really like to see Qimir being a Knight of Ren. You know, the Knights of Ren is invented by Disney, I think they would want to expand on their own creation, rather than exploring the legends which they don't see as canon at this point. His helmet design is similar to Kylo, so it's not far fetched he was also one of the Rens.
Maybe Tenebrous is the main Sith and Qimir is his apprentice and Tenebrous ends up killing him later for putting their exposure at risk, or it's a Knight of Ren, or whatever other sect. etc. (or maybe they will just leave that as a possibility and to interpretation and keep the possibilities alive - but have someone in a dark shadow at the end Kill Qimir and the show ends and its revealed to be Tenebrous would be a good story maybe

Knights of Ren didn't exist. Those guys were just mercenaries who took up the name. Palpatine said it himself. The title Knights of Ren is like the ancient lore of the actual group and title that died off hundreds or thousands of years. Like Old Republic era or even older.
When you think about the things Qimir says it is similar to what the witches wanted to do before the Jedi came. I’m leaning towards he is related to OSHA and Mae. An older variant.

They don’t participate, but seem to be observing. When the Jedi show up, they appear to disappear … there is a theory that it is a Sith Lord and a young Qimir. But who knows 🤷
I don’t think Darth Plagues will be a female, because paps referred to him as a he. If we do see him in the acolyte, he is either Qimir or an actor we haven’t seen yet. I hope this is an origin story of Darth Plagues and that is Qimirs character.
I vastly hope that is not the case. I'm hopping that Manny is just the Sith apprentice to Plagueis or Tenebrous. One that gets killed before Plagueis or Palpatine come along. Similar to how Palpatine had Maul before Dooku.
I'm guessing a Sith was involved with the Witches and their creation of the twins. Qimir may have even been there the night the Jedi came but doesn't reveal himself. Their home was an abandoned Cortosis mine which is where Qimir gets his helmet and armlets. Qimir would only be about 18-20 years old at the time so it seems reasonable to assume he has a master. I think Koril will be his Master, as she is the more violent and aggressive of the two mothers but keeps him hidden from the coven. She will start the fight with the Jedi by taking over one of their minds and forcing them to attack each other. The Witches will also attack and the Jedi will kill them all. Koril will escape but not before using her power to control Mae to kill her sister so she doesn't fall into Jedi hands. Later Qimer will locate Mae whom Koril believes is dead (the Jedi don't have her) and will take her as his acolyte. He will tell Koril Osha has survived but has been taken to the Jedi temple and can not be retrieved. Later when they hear Ohsa has left the temple they can't find her. Qimer will tell her he will kill the four Jedi to draw her out so he can capture Osha and bring to her to her. His plan is to use one her daughters to help him destroy her. This is why he was willing to kill Mae and why he doesn't kill Osha. He knows one at least must die as together they are a threat to him. This is why he reveals himself and keeps disengaging from fights to try to at least kill one of the twins. Sadly the sisters will unite with Sol and kill both of the Sith and Sol will die too. The Jedi will cover it up and say 'case closed'. Then in season two, the two sisters (with gopher and Pip) will continue their love/hate relationship and have really cool adventures that don't interfere with the canon. Probably.
Koril don't like the Jedis because they don't let the witches being themself. But she was not agree with Aniseya about the way she made the childreen. (Probably with Sith help). So she probably not be the master.
I think it would be so much cooler if he was just a dark side user who maybe stumbled upon some ancient sith relics and learned the force, he did say you "might" call me a Sith, as in thats just the closet thing to what he is, I really hope they dont tie in Plageuis or Tenebrous into this series

Agreed, Plagueis was old in the years leading up to The Phantom Menace but not that old. I think (or hope) that Disney have set this series over a century before TPM to have a little creative freedom with the Sith without changing anything substantial that is already established.
Another thought to toss in the mix when the apprentice dies the master has to get a new one. If they don’t live there is no mention of them and this is far enough back that they haven’t become sith yet and we knew the beginning was Bain. We know that the end was Vader. But the thousand years in the middle is kinda sparse on the ones that came in between. And how long they lived before they were killed if they were to quick to teach the new dark lord then they wouldn’t live that long
Well… maybe the Darth Tenebrous - Plagueis is another faction of the Sith… The thing that cannot be change is Ol Palpy’s master aka Darth Plagueis! Myself.. i think all these will eventually lead to the Phantom Menace… how? Master Mundi(i like to call him that) will cover it up from the Jedi High Council(Yoda) and pretend nothing had happen.. no Sith.. nothing… and all the Jedi(in the so call mini council) will take an oath to never break silence. Darth Qimir’s sith lineage will leave the known galaxy and will start the Knights of Ren will be his successors…. all play out well Until Phantom Menace when Master Mundi were quick to dismiss Master QuiGon on the Sith… if im at the council i’d be suspicious of him trying to hide something! And Master Sol will die at the end if the season..
You're pretty spot on with your theory and guestimations. The way the story is shaping up, there's no way the witches died from smoke consumption. One of the two mums likely survived. I just hope one isn't revealed to be Tenebrous. As for Plagueis, he is either 1 years old or in his 20's, according to Wikipedia. Tenebrous doesn’t die until 67 bby. He/she is alive in the Acolyte, and is 100% the only known Sith Master, period. If it's revealed that Tenebrous is one of the moms, that would be so dumb. As for Qimir, if he names himself, "Plagueis" that would also be stupid. Can it happen, maybe bc Qimir is human and doesn’t die until 32 bby. Which is,,, 85+ years from 119 bby. Which would make qimir what, in his 100's?? Hope this doesn’t happen, but with Disney, anything is possible..
Remember, in this timeline nobody know about the sith and the ability's they have, the reference is to point that osha will discover another part of herself " her roots" in the dark side, Qimir is look like is young Darth Plagueis, but the use of a acolyte is to kill his master (don't believe because in the novel he kill his master without using a weapon).the rest o the plot is just speculation. but all the lines of qimir are from a wise sith philosophy like Darth Plagueis the wise.
I think it's much more likely that Plageous and Qimir were working with the witches. Maybe Brendok was the Siths home base and the witches showed up and made fast friends.
We headed to the answer of who is the master. I agree with you that changing the back story for plagueis or tenebrous is a bad idea. It feels like the plagueis character will be separate from the witches. The trade federation being involved feels like a nod towards Plagueis and the Muun? Also the Tenebrous ship building association as well as the cortosis mine feel like a fair connection to both The stranger and Plagueis? Not sure how they would have to re-work those things to connect to the witches. I don’t get the feeling that the witches are Sith, just using the Force with a different culture that isn’t in-line with the Jedi? We still have a lot of mystery to explore it seems. Thanks
Nothing is ever canon until it is in live action. Before the CW came out George Lucas himself said that the EU was fun but took place in an alternate universe and that the only Star Wars canon were the six films. That subsequently changed to include the CW series. As good as the Plagueis novel is, none of it was ever canon. And even media other than live action post Disney is not 100% canon - they've changed stuff from their own books. The Mandalorian literally retconned Cobb Vanth from what was written in Aftermath. And George retconned Boba Fett's backstory entirely with Attack of the Clones. This is why I haven't read any Star Wars comics or books in over two decades - its ALL subject to change when it hits celluloid. So go on Disney, retcon the hell out of Plagueis and Tenebrous - I'm here for it.

I understand and appreciate you educating us on the ways of the Sith and going out of your way to gather evidence that is now out to the public, but to say I don’t know much about Knights of Ren because you’re not a sequels fan weakens your arguments because they are currently cannon. It would have been knocked out of the park if you actually read the origin of the Knights of Ren in the comics as well and then present your concerns and findings based a fair analysis.
That’s fair. But I’m just being honest that I never read about them, because I wasn’t a fan of the sequels. I would love to know everything about everything, and maybe at some point I will read more about them. But I appreciate that you like them!

He DISMISSES Sol who explained to the Jedi that "Mae doesn't know her master" by saying "oh no, that's not possible you silly boy". Having Ki-Adi-Mundi in The Acolyte makes The Phantom Menace lore STRONGER and MAKE MORE SENSE as to why the Jedi order let the Sith sneak up into the Republic and take control. Nobody is saying this breaks canon because "the Sith were supposed to be literally extint". Who in their right mind got THAT impression from Ki-Adi Mundi's council comment? Nobody. Way to invent an entire narrative that isn't true just to attempt to shoot it down. Everyone knew at the time of Phantom Menace that the Sith were not in any way extinct. His quote only showed the ignorance of the Jedi within the universe itself; it wasn't taken as a statement to the viewer to be exposition or factual. So that's an extremely disingenuous comment you made. As for Yoda remarking on the Rule of Two, the Jedi long knew about the Rule of Two from at least Revan's time (yes, he exists in canon now), and knew of it as well during Bane's rule. Bane tricked them into thinking they won and wiped out the Sith, but they had already learned he had enacted the Rule of Two. So when Yoda realizes the Sith ARE truly back or still around, he logically explains to Windu the last known undersranding the Jedi had of the Sith. That doesn't mean Yoda knew the Sith had "always" existed eternally, it means he knows that whenever they DO exist, it's under that rule due to Bane. You attacked the majority of the fan base with your comment. If you think yourself the sole arbiter of knowledge on Star Wars lore, you're sorely mistaken. I not only wrote for LucasArts for a major game of theirs in the late 2000s, I managed to get approved to include a Sith Lord named after my legal name included in the story I worked on. Quite sure its gona turn out that Qimir is actually Darth Plagueis because it was ONLY the books which are NOT cannon as far as I remember that actually said Darth Plagueis is a Muun.. never in the movies do I remember they saying he was Muun and not human.. or hes Darth Tenebrous. the time tables line up and Darth Plagueis is cannon just not if hes muun or w/e. so in actual cannon he can be human.. but I leaning towards one those witches being Tenebrous and Qimir being Plagueis and I think its actually Qimir/Plagueis that set fire to the place not Mae. so he could take out Tenebrous because it doesn't work for one the witches to be Plagueis as Plagueis has to be alive to eventually train Sidous

As a Star Wars fan I'm not on the toxic "hate everything Disney" bandwagon but when it comes to completely changing a story element or character that is universally loved and recognized by the entire fandom then I have to stand with that group in solidarity. I sincerely hope that Disney use some wisdom for once and keep the legends elements of Darth Plagueis true to legends. I'm not overly bothered about changing elements of Tenebrous as the character is not directly connected to the Emperor/Sidious character arc. If Disney don't deviate too far from the established Legends timeline then Darth Plagueis will not be the Dark Lord at this point in time. Maybe Disney have set the series over a century before The Phantom Menace so they can have a little bit of creative freedom without disrupting what comes after.

Only way i see any of this working is Sol has to die before reporting to the council. And Ki Adi Mundi is either in direct league with the Sith, intimidated in to silence by them, or outright lies to cover up what happened or is mind wiped. The mind wipe thing is already on the table because we know the twins memory were altered. Despite all that it’s gonna be really hard getting around his extinct for a millenia line. In a plot worthy of Plagueis, perhaps the entire purpose of all the Ep 5 gyrations was to insert Mae under Sol within the Jedi. It's the only way that having Mae act like a feckless coward might make sense. Plans within plans within ...

Darth tenebrous should be the sith that exists at this time. He should be in the background working on his experiments with midichlorians and maxichlorians

A lot of the diehard star wars fans are basing their views on Star wars legends materials. Legend is not cannon. Kiadi mundi date of birth was stated in legend it was never in cannon untill now
Certain fans negative response to the age/appearance of Ki Adi Mundi is a major overaction in my opinion. I believe his presence in the series is not by accident. His presence in The Acolyte and what he said in The Phantom Menace about the Sith being extinct is a deliberate plot reference to reinforce what the Jedi of the prequels know/don't know at that point in time. I believe the final episodes of this series will reveal that the Sith's existence will remain a secret and all the Jedi who have encountered them at this time won't survive. Either that or Master Sol is involved in the biggest Jedi coverup in history. If so, why would that be?
Canon is never concrete , anything can change , all these books and articles creating all these alternate interpretations is silly . I don’t think Disney have to religious follow all that nonsense . All they have to do is make a good story .

Plagueis is Palpatine's master, whatever species he is, yes so more likely the stranger is actually a young Plagueis wanting an acolyte to make his apprentice and kill his master, possibly the mother is a sith master but unlikely, it looks like the two sith were already on the planet. It also looks like Osha is actually the bad one and the deaths are her fault. David Harewood is signed up for the show, I suspect he is the sith master.
