This is Literally the only reasonable way to combat this. And they can make a lil money also by charging an entrance fee. More tracks more accessible 💯
“… Asphalt simply shredded here…” White challenger pulls up imediately like “ where you want it shredded, I got this!! No wait, you’re filming. I’m out!”
Imagine having so little to do in your day you get triggered over asphalt. Holly fck what is wrong with people . Anal retentiveness - An anal retentive person is a person who pays such attention to detail that it becomes an obsession and may be an annoyance to others.
bruh these are cali reporters 😂 you could Be at a range lining clean shots and they will paint bs about the amount of ranges and increase in mass shootings...🤦♂️
You can't tell a car is "stock" just by looking at it. 😒stock means nothing is changed or something in particular has not been changed from factory. Not "this car looks normal so therefore it's stock".
They need to make some tracks and quarter mile drag strips and maybe the street issues will go away. People have high performance cars and want to see how fast they go. Tracks would be the safest for everyone.
More race tracks, drag strips, etc. will solve this problem. As of now, every single track I see on Google maps are way too out of the way. Too bad nobody decides to do anything to solve the problem.
When I was in high school the little town we used to go to that had a great strip for racing decided to build up an actual Racetrack and have us pay dues instead of racing in the street and it was absolutely fantastic. At the grand opening we got to rate state troopers back when they had Camaros. They closed it a few years later and all the problems they had before came back
I agree with you. Never using public roads as race track. In real race track, if you miss the apex or brake too late. You only ending in dirt or out of track. But in public roads. You can seriously injury your self and others.
This is what happens when you got monkeys going in circles at an intersection. Now all the guys that just mod their cars and don't even participate in the intersection circus show are going down with them. Id blame them not looking good though.
Both activities are essentially the same type of violation (23103 or 23109 et seq), whether you’re turnin tight ones or head up on a 1320. I’m not tryina play dumb, I know, like most people know, that there’s a difference. I’m just sayin, in terms of the way the law views these infraction(s), they’re (basically) the same offense(s) (reckless driving; exhibition of speed).
@@imasavage504 difference is drag street racing is mostly harmless. ofc its dangerous when people cut up traffic for clout but going off a dig or roll on an empty highway isn't that big of a deal. They're grouping all these takeover guys, traffic racers, and the guys that try and street race safely into one group.
To effectively Stop Street Racing, Cops might want to offer REWARDS to "informants/anonymous tipsters"... Once they offer $$ Rewards, these informants/tipsters will turn against their own...
@@raymondburrnot2338 you do realize it’s not only sport cars that be racing on streets/ highways. So might as well burn the other peoples cars too 🤷🏻♂️
Joy your a fool... shredded asphalt??? There's no such thing as shredded asphalt....this is a perfect example of reporters embellishing the truth....and she does this all the time!!!!!
C' Mon man! This happens every night in South Central...for hours, with fireworks,crackers..The weekends are a total zoo. Former resident now in another state ( sooo happy) told me about this for years.
A few years ago, a dude was racing, got into an accident and killed the passenger of the vehicle he hit. Guess who the passenger was? His mother. Judge didn't sentence him to any time in jail. He just told him to go and think about what he had done. Dude started coming down with dementia, went all crazy, developed all kinds of mental issues and ended up homeless. Life...
then part 2 of the story the mother re incarnated as a car ended up hitting her son that was homeless in skid row . true story I think Steven Spielberg is making a movie of the story ..
@Estas Pendejo? i think they charge 45 a day for storage, at least they do in san diego. So thats like 1350 a month. Prob some other feeds and stuff as well you have to pay like a tow fee etc
Everyone loves street racers until their friend gets run over by a mustang. If you want to race, go to a track or at least an abandoned parking lot. Not the middle of the street.
The reason they don't go to a track is that they have to sign a waiver. You have to be 18 years old to sign a waiver. A lot of these losers are underaged, living at home and buying cars with what they earn at a minimum wage job, or thieving.
This been going down for years LA TAKEOVER WILL NEVER STOP THESE COPS ARE CLOWNS 🤡 and we just gonna keep showing off it’s a scene that won’t ever stop 😂😂😂
@Yae Matsuki it’s not so much just the police but the prosecutors and the politicians that hold their leash. Lots of arrests made only for DA to drop all changes sending a message to all…criminal activity is acceptable, law is unenforceable. Many LEO are looking for early retirement.
@Yae Matsuki you realize its the politicians etc that get those laws passed and the cops just enforce them? Thank the democrats in charge of CA for making laws against child sex crimes lighter then they already were.
Who got arrested? Let me show you the math $1,500 × 84 cars = $127,500 for the city and that's in the low end I'm sure it will be more with more fees and stuff you think they did it because they care about you lmao
@@manuelito874 lmao. No need to assume if you don't know the facts . Remember that . It will help you in life . Will help you grow up 🙂 and be more knowledgeable
Don't let this distract you from the fact that Hector is gonna be running 3 Honda Civic's with spoon engines. On top of that he just came into Harry's and ordered 3 t66 turbo's with NOS and a Motec System Exhaust.
@@Ben-sp2yv proved my point exactly😂 “cars” meaning anyone that drives a damn car, not just race cars 🤡 there’s more deaths from drunk driving and yall wanna worry about us and our hobbies lmfao.
“For one night”. How about taking the cars permanently? They are engaging in activity that kills people, mostly innocent people minding their own business. How many times do we need to see idiots racing in traffic, only to run out of talent and then crash into an innocent motorist, sometimes killing them? A one night task force is useless, merely a gesture to make the peasants feel like their taxes are actually being used for what they are being told, while crime and other quality of life issues are out of control.
Why does it matter if the car is modified or not? Or is that something that they are trying to make illegal..??? “You have a flow master exhaust, that’s 2 months county son.”
What's funny is I have exhaust on both my cars and I dont street race. But karen in her mini van gets triggered everytime I'm at a stop light and she hears my exhaust. Then the light turns green and she is trying to race me off the line 🤣
That picture of the crashed in the beginning was an accident during the day. I saw it. the asphalt is shredded? Why doesn't LA fix the homeless problem instead of this
It has nothing to do with control (or oppression), it has to do with keeping people safe from narcissistic street racers, and reducing the nuisance behavior
And then the family members come out crying I just don't know how this was possible all he would do was race his car over 100 mph and do donuts in the middle of the street how could he be dead lmao 🤣
Had 5 kids with my children's mom. She decided to have a 6th with some dummy. He died street racing. Guess who is treating this kid as his son. Just because he deserves it. He calls me his best friend. I second that. Sorry your mom decided to get with an idiot. I gotchu bro.
during the floyd riots, my local dodge dealerships had all their hellcats stolen. it was spotted by CHP and it was in a pursuit. guy pulls out a gun on the cops, get shot, and the family comes with saying he was a good guy and all this bullshit
@@alphajava761 you can show yourself with a quick Google of cops killing and injuring motorists and pedestrians for their reckless driving--even outside of police chases. Do your own research. It doesn't take rocket science for that kind.
Unbelievable this has been allowed to continue on especially with all the deaths, both racers spectators bystanders and innocent pedestrians, but this is a weeding our situation with all the pop control going on more so these days.. 😔
Unless the license plate of the Camaro was readable on the video, or the dude admitted guilt then they have nothing against him in court if he wanted to fight the charges.
The fees are still not high enough. There's a youtuber that keeps getting his car impounded for street racing but it appears the cost does not deter him.
The media needs to know the difference between a street race and a sideshow AND also 54 cops to stop a daily driven honda and 3 other none modified cars , great night I see
Some of our cars are worth more then what u make all year. Fees ain’t shit n we always got a lawyer on stand by 🤣 “uP ThE FeES” dumb ass. Had my hellcat impound all I did was jump in the GTR
I support what the cops are doing, but, they pulled over a dozen cars that were not observed speeding and were not observed spectating and gave them warnings, (which go on your record), for something they have no evidence that they did. That is illegal detainment. Why can't cops just do their job and stay within the bounds of the law and the constitution?
You’re 100% wrong. Warnings do not go in your driving record in CA. They are recorded in the police agencies database records. The cops had reasonable suspicion to detain them based on the facts and circumstances which is the people that were detain were either street racing or spectating street racing. All the people detain were identified and released after questioned. There was absolutely no ones rights violated here according to the constitution. Review your laws of arrest, search & seizure, and current case law.
@@WarheadFX I mean it's pretty likely a lot of them were there for the street race but it's also likely for a normal joe in his sports car to be going home too. lol
Wow, set up a huge "sting" operation, but ended up giving out only warnings to most people and impounding one car... Absolutely useless. This doesn't stop anything.
misdemeanor offense, small fines, and 30 day impound...smh...reckless endangerment, public safety, property damage to streets... 60 days in jail, felony offense, confiscate car permanently like they do for drug charges...only way they will learn.
California: Let's force CARB emissions and require inspections of ECU's. Also California: If you have a modified car, you are a street racer. Such dick-headed profiling mentality there.
That’s the point. This is a warning shot across the bow. In reality the police really don’t have the money to crack down on street racing because of the BLM budget cuts. But they are hoping the street racers don’t know that. So they made a show of force and a bunch of threats and hope nobody calls their bluff. There is no way they have the money or man power to pull together that many cops regularly to go after street racing alone.
It was bound to happen. Victimless crime is such an irresponsible statement if this could have been prevented. How did they not see this coming! They are complicit!
