I tried to do the sliding of my heal back towards my button, and thank God I was able to do it. My knee is hyperextending occasionally since about 10 month of wearing the Afo I put it down, and strengthened my leg muscles so that I can give up the Afo for good. My biggest issue now is my ankle rolling especially when I get stressed. Thank you so much for the great videos. Like I said in my previous comment somewhere you are aGod sent .

Thank you. I'm a Pilates instructor, but have had hip imbalance which caused pain, I thought i had it sussed, but for 2 years I've had chronic knee pain on the same side. I think it's probably to do with over active quads? It's confusing because I do heel slides, toe taps and bridges all the time. This was helpful, I need to check I'm not activating the hip flexor over the ham string. Thank you.

Hi Dr. Tobias! I really love your videos! I was wondering if you have done a video on “ stroke patients’ so-called “good side” of the body getting injured because of overuse ! My Hemorrhagic stroke occurred in the right side of my brain leaving me with a paralyzed left side! And now since I have to use my right arm and leg to compensate, I now have bad Neuropathy in my right arm and need to have carpal tunnel surgery and my right knee is very painful holdin up all my weight on it! I guess this stuff is unavoidable! I have so many questions for you! You and videos help me more than my team of doctors!! I also have shouldersubluxation on my left shoulder and cannot find an Orthopedic who will fix it, because the cause is my brain and muscles and o ,most importantly, do my OT exercise s which I do as much as I can, but it causes severe pain from the shoulder. I am so upset and depressed because of this conundrum 😭😢 and I feel like the pain that I have isunfounded since my Therapists and doctors make me feel this way , they don’t mean to but they make me feel like they don’t believe that I am exaggerating my pain!! Also, they I am always have nerve pain on my paralyzed side! It’s hard to do my PT because I am always in pain!!is it normal to have pain, itching, hot and cold sensations on that side as well! Do you hear this from your patients?Last question, sorry this is so long! I have watched you videos on how important it is to not lead a sedentary life and to exercise! How can I exercise when I cannot walk?
