Easy upgrade that anybody could do! I will have an additional upgrade next week that will make this set up Even Better. Wish Me Luck. www.amazon.com/dp/B09R1VFSVT?...
I thought you were supposed to put the lid on the front to get the airflow to bring the flame over the top of the pizza and out of the chimney. At least that's how I've seen people explain it for various ooni models using charcoal and wood.
For those looking for swivel details...he links a lazy susan in the description. Don't know if it's permanently installed to the oven floor or how the stone is secured if at all. Either way, there's debate on whether these are safe in these high temp ovens due to the material from which they are made.
Hi BTV, You mentioned that you saw on Amazon, pizza stones and rotating brackets that are designed for high temperatures and made out of stainless steel. Would you mind sending us a link to them? Thanks!
Hi. Thanks for your videos. This is certainly a great idea and I especially like the battery operated rotisserie thing you did on the other video. But I would voice a concern. The rotating bracket you chose is a zinc-coated metal. And high temperature is that zinc is going to burn off and release a poisonous gas that's going to be on your food. Now you can go ahead and burn off the sink on a gas grill or whatever and a high temperature but once the zinc is burned off then the metal is going to rust. I did see on Amazon after seeing your idea that there are pizza stones and rotating brackets that are designed for high temperature and they're made out of stainless steel. They are a little bit more money but I think that your earrings are going to soon rust and it's going to be a throwaway item even though it's $7 you're going to need to replace it often. Also in your video where you showed the automatic rotating rotisserie. Why wouldn't you just leave the pizza spinning during the whole cook?

LMMMMMMMMMMMFAO It’s obvious he didn’t install the swivel himself…comments asking for tips to no avail… dude has zero clue and is waiting himself for answers 😂😂😂 so why post?
He didnt cook it hot enough but that spinning stone is cool. Basically the oven has a hole in the bottom but with those gloves, you dont need to attach a lever on the bottom. You just spin it.
