In this video you will learn 3 Explosive speed drills for slow players will make you insanely fast like Doku or Kylian Mbappe. Being able to run as fast as Jeremy Doku is not impossible but you have to be consistent with your trainings and work out sessions. How can we be as quick as them though? I will give you 3 simple drills that you can do at home or at the field alone to improve your explosive speed. First you need to figure out what muscles and ligaments you need to be focusing on! Hamstrings, glutes are the key to successful top speed as a footballer and these 3 speed drills will certainly be aiming to make them stronger!
