Nice, please do a comparison test between the ELRS receivers. There are RX with and without a extra LNA-chip (low noise amplifier). Following RX have a LNA: BetaFPV ELRS 2.4G (not the lite), JHEMCU RX24T, HiYOUNGER MiniQ 2.4GHz RX24T, Matek systems ELRS-R24-D and ELRS-R24-S, iFlight ELRS Receiver.

I bought the 4in1 Jumper Tpro and added a Jumper nano ELRS module (500mw @ 2.4ghz) and I'm pretty stoked on the versaitility this setup gives me! I'm not flying super long range and the ELRS is good to have just so I know I have a dependable connection! also have the option to switch to Crossfire if I change my mind down the road, but the cheap and tiny ELRS recievers are swesome to have!

the beta fpv doesn't seems that bad at all to me! instead seems to be always in the top 2 for best reception! outstanding performance for such a small radio with integrated antenna!

Thanks for Ur comparission. Whats Ur thoug of a Jumper t-lite V2 with internal ELRS ? Ist super cheap with Hall Sensor gimbals... Or should i use some.more Cash for the t-pro?

WOW from about 6:48 to 7:43 the iFlight had no signal and you had to get to 75 meters from home before it came back - seems weird. Great test though, thanks.

I've looked around a little... The Literadio 3 Pro seems to be the only one with EdgeTX, is that right? For what I read this should be the best thing, especially for a noob, I'm getting in to this and just want a starter and beginning in a simulator and then... maybe...

All these radios can be upgraded to EdgeTX and as far as I know at the moment they come with it out of the box.

The radio signal strength. The 7 indicates the packet rate mode.

Great test thank you. It seems to me that you get exactly what you would expect given each type of antenna. The literadio has an internal stick-on patch antenna. It is pretty good out front but dies quickly once you head too far off to the side. The Radios with a T-type antenna are good until you get out near the nulls on the end and then they are useless. The Zorro depends on how you point the antenna. Vertical should give the best coverage. I've seen someone drilled a hole in an earlier model of literadio and mounted an SMA connector so they could choose the antenna for the situation. That idea appeals to me.

vertical would cause a cross polarization mismatch and thus huge db loss if you have a horizontal t antenna on the rx. you would have to flip that vertical too. idk about these small ceramic antennas tho

Interesting test. Do you know what would impact range so much? Are the antenna orientations different between the radios? I understood that the hardware was within specs and thus should kind of achieve the same. Is this correct?

The betafpv remote has an internal antenna whereas all the others have external antennas

I love my Zorro. The Jumper T-Pro is not bad as far as I can tell, but I don't have an extensive experience using it.

I have one, and I don't have any problem regarding heat or whatsoever, even if I flight on hot weather like these last days... But I don't use 250 ou 500mw, 100mw is sufficient even for long range with adapted setup.
