Something about this guy's body language when he cooks...It's like every little success he has along the way of preparing the full meal gives him so much joy.
So before people start arguing about the perfect way to cook a steak: the perfect way a steak is cooked is whats perfect to you. Is the perfect steak to you rare? Well then thats the perfect steak, if the perfect steak to you is well done then thats the perfect steak etc., stop caring about how other people like their steak
its technically the same to a degree in japan aswell depending where you go. this guy was jsut extra slow/cautious but alot of the others ive seen from japan have some clanging and setting fire to a degree.
Danke Aden films. I couldn’t go there. I’m a good cook myself so they say…love these guys. They are special. Please tell them that a little me think they are just awesome really really. Thanks for the video 👏👏
Thanks Aden for always sharing your great videos. By the way, are you interested in steakhouses in Tokyo such as Peter Luger, Wolfgang, etc.? I want you to check the quality of western capital steakhouses from a westerner's point of view. Please let me know if you get a chance.
His movements are so well coordinated and soft that remembered me of zen monks in a temple's kitchen. It's difficult to act like that without a very concentrated mind.

@@sidreis3814 America is a joke. High costs of living, ridiculous amounts of racism, corrupt politicians who puts party over people, *no universal healthcare,* too many radicalized right-wing cops that wants to kill black people like me just for existing, mass shootings & school shootings every day, etc. I can go on.
So much time and process given so that the food can be eaten in 2 minutes. "Let's gently place the beef on the stack like this and then cover it, evenly, with this sauce". Wow.
@@LeapYearJay There absolute is... You can filter micro plastics, but your goal should be buying property, with a running water source, so that you can be as self-sufficient as possible. I bought my 6 acres 9 years ago, and everything I eat I raise and make myself, including water, drinks, and alcohol. I never use plastic. I even have limestone and sand on my property to make my own glass bottles. I am not totally against using plastics, but never touching my food. You have no clue the difference it makes to eat all-organic diet, that is actually 100% organic that you raised or grew yourself. I was super lucky to find land that had a running mineral spring, and it also has wonderful well water too.
I’m looking for something like this in the LA/OC area of California. Does this even exist in the states?!?! Or do I have to make the trip out to Japan?
Carta Fata (Italy) heat resistant transparent cooking foil. It's not available in grocery stores, you'll need to search professional cooking shops for it or go to Italy or Japan to get it.
@@looopy1 You can't use clear plastic wrap like Saran Wrap. That has to be a plastic that can take high temps without melting. Probably some sort of silicone material.
Looks like a "method" of cooking the soup. It's a bag no different from the bags used to boil vegetables stovetop or bake meat in the oven. By 5:42 the soup had come to a boil and the perfect temperature for serving. Interesting to watch and adds to the dining experience. Some people would probably enjoy Sizzler more.
