I can’t wait to get to series 3 to try this exercise. I am currently on series 2, week 4 and I am not sure if I I should be seeing a difference in my lips. But my upper lip seems to be plumper lately, which is great 😍. Just thought of sharing it with everyone here to see if anyone else has had this happen. Thanks Peta for all of your great exercises videos 😊

I love your face exercise series. Theyre so helpful. I've been doing face exercises since I was 27 due to an injury that left me with Bell's Palsy-like symptoms. Now I'm 43, and I haven't aged much at all in all of these years. It's pretty amazing,a actually.

Hi Nadia, I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years I think I could understand your question to say you are just starting the exercises, that is wonderful, there is a program that Peta has designed and we must follow the program to achieve the best results here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the power lift and the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

Hi text, all of the series will help you with that. Your nose is the shape it is, facial exercise will not change it, only tone and strengthen the muscles around it to make it sit up better

Hi, Peta! I'm really interested in your face aerobics exercises but I feel slightly overwhelmed as to how I should do them. I know that you have routines uploaded for various levels. What really confuses me is when you update an exercise. Should the older version of an exercise be replaced by a newer version? Also, there have been lots of videos uploaded since the series. It's really hard watch all of them. Where can I start and how should I proceed going forward?

Hey Peta, I was just reading some random stuff and people keep talking about letting the buccinator muscle atrophy to get that hollow cheek look, like male models have, but I read that the buccinator is basically the muscle that holds your cheek close to your teeth, so why do people say this? I'm confused. Also, is there any part of your exercises that I should omit if I want my cheeks to be hollow (I'm working on my body fat of course)? I'm doing your full routines but I'm just wondering, because I really want that hollow look in my cheek. I'm male but that doesn't matter I'm sure. I thought maybe that most of the people that do these exercises probably don't want that hollow cheek look that I want, so I just wanted to be sure. I just came across that info while starting to improve my tongue posture by trying to keep it flat against the roof of my mouth and learning to swallow properly. Do you have any thoughts on that? Supposedly it's very important for proper facial (bones) development, especially when you are young. Thanks, hope you're doing well!

Hi John, the only way for you to have that look is for you to lose weight. You cant get it by facial exercise.

@@facerobics Hi Peta thanks for the fast reply! I know that's the most important thing, I just found it strange that people think you should let the buccinator atrophy to get hollow cheeks, if you train the buccinator the skin should become tight in that area I would think. Also I should have mentioned I already kind of have that look, I just didn't want to ruin it. I kind of lost a lot of the hollowness when I gained like 15 pounds but I'm trying to work on my body fat; I still have some fat to lose in my lower cheeks/around my mouth. My upper cheeks I think lost fat too, or it just looks that way because the lower cheeks gained some weight. It also might be water weight...I am a strange case in that I am skinny with little muscle to begin with, but I still don't look "skinny". I definitely have visible fat especially around my midsection if I'm not contracting my abs.

John I think rather than trying to "sculpt" your face to a certain look, which cant be done with facial exercise, honestly its not possible. Facial exercise will only restore your face to what your natural features are. Just try to accept yourself as you are. If you have that kind of look, you should have it thru doing facial exercise. And realistically, you cant just drop fat off your face in only one area. I think, to be very candid, you need to stop thinking this way, and just be happy with who you are (which by the way, is a lovely person- you have been on my site for years) and just go on with it. @@facerobics Hey Peta, thanks so much! You're right, my facial structure overall is actually great it's just that when I got unhealthy I really paid the price for it. I should focus on getting back into shape before I worry about that stuff.

With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. All of the explanation videos are in the information bar at the top right hand corner of the video, the little circle, just click on it, or in the playlists on the channel. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. While pursing my libs my upper cheeks dont move, and my nasalobial wrinkles become more visible, I am doing the series two now, please help me, the other ones are fabulous.
