I did some of these a bit ago and I've discovered about myself if I do to many to soon I get a slight headache However I've a upper and lower back thing too so that I believe is mostly why also . Many thanks for these exercises they do help and again I'm almost 70

Hello PETA I do not understand English but I try to practice your exercises regularly for about 3 months and I see an immediate result but it only lasts a few minutes, I would like to know after how long I will have lasting results my second question is what i have to do the exercises every day for a faster result. I am 43 years old.

As you keep doing the routines, the lift will start to stay as your muscles strengthen. It will take as much time as it takes, you cannot speed up the process

Dear peta I'm doing your facerobics for 6 months..and i exactly follow your instructions..now when I touch my upper cheeks and ender eye area I feel that some liquid is injected in that areas..or in other words when we put water in a balloon and then touch it...now plz tell me is this a positive sign or negative...plz reply

Akhtar, it could be that when you are doing the eye exercises, you are blocking off lymph glands, this is when fluid pools up. Or it could be something else, its hard to say when it comes to the body. try doing the eye exercises much gentler and see if it works, also try some lymph drainage around the eyes. I have a video in the playlists

We use the fingers to isolate the muscles that we do not want to work, we then lift the outside ofour forehead muscles, in this exercise we are using the muscles around the temple area. So isolate with fingers, lift our forehead temple muscles. Hi Ali, I am a gym member, and have been with Peta for over 2 years, it is best to follow the updates, because Peta gives more information and deeper explanations for the exercises, so it is better for you to follow the updates. We must do the full face routine within the program that Peta has designed, we must follow the program for the best results, here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the power lift and the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer

Trainer, you have to get used to doing the exercises, your face muscles are hard to move and isolate when you first start.
