I'm honestly in such a deep hole right now in life. I lost my job, family, and home i was feeling like ending it until i seen this video. it really helped me take a step back and look at my life. Almost everything he said was relatable which is crazy.

One of my addictions/vices is that i watch too many youtube video's because i tell myself i need more information and knowledge before taking action but actually it's my 'inner bitch' that is insecure and afraid to take action... I had a full year of microdosing and psychedelic therapy. And I will say that it absolutely helped me like a blasting cap on my consciousness and spiritual understanding.... BUT it also opened the truth that my mind is the only barrier to mastering this life and being the man I am destined to be. I have focused the last few months on total commitment to address the thoughts and attitudes that occupy my mind. I am facing this sober with exercise, cold exposure, wim hof breathing and meditation. I have never felt so in control and confident in my whole life. Have lived a rough life, molested at 6 and 13, bullied throughout my childhood, tried taking my own life at 13 and 17 debated it heavily from 18-19, lost my brother at 19. Lived a life of trauma and horror, now at 20 I’m very heavily focused on improving my life and have been. No more video games Alcohol Porn Pointless sex Dumb entertainment Social media Now I am living a life that is more full and focused on starting a business and RU-vid channel with all the social medias to go along with it. You will see by the end of the year what pillar I will build.

WOW. Total paradigm shift!! Thank you for your words of truth!! Thank you for admitting that you crazy guys are as messed up as we crazy girls, and that we are simply feeding off each other to fulfill some deeper needs and heal some deeper hurts. Thank you for verbalizing my permission to CHANGE and literally BE everything God intends for my life!! I do believe this now. 20, 30, 40 years ago I didn’t know this. I started last summer on a TOTAL renewal of myself… my mind, heart, soul, and body. My views and ideals have taken such an intense turn… at 54 years old. Took me long enough, huh!! I’m learning to appreciate me again, without someone having to validate my worth. I’m taking the fight against my past abuse seriously. I’m DONE with the excuses and the victim mentality!!!!! dude you're preaching the gospel.. I have gone through and continue to go through all of this to come to the true light of who I am. Many great coaches and great therapists that have helped me gain more of a grasp on who I am and helping me to be able to be in control of where I am going to higher and higher levels. I am so glad to hear of others that are going down this path. It is a lonely path not many are willing to go down.

It’s good hearing someone that actually knows the right words and be right on point I definitely could use that more but i really appreciate this video lately haven’t been happy been kind of depressed been tough but you practically hits on everything I’ve been doing and feeling keep it up I’ll be sure to keep watching

If you were Mentally abused, Sexually abused, Vernally abused & bullied your entire life, what he said still applies to you & if you feel alone with your past, you aren't because i also went through all that. My life is not perfect, i still have my ups and downs & I still feel lost at times, but if you want to give up don't because its people like you and me that are able to make a difference in the others going through stuff. Im sure you have noticed talking to people with experience is always better than talking to someone taught & told what to say. Either way keep moving forward everyone 🙂

Spoken powerfully and passionately, Bedros... as always. You're the real thing, man. And I fully agree that guys need to work with male therapists and coaches. Not that there aren't great ladies out there who can help, but because the real strength in overcoming your traumas comes from tapping into the warrior mindset, finding your pride and self-worth, and the refusal to stay down when you're knocked down. Having male heroes who would never think giving up, and not wanting to be less than the example they set, was a big part of what got me through 3 years of darkness. I've since used what I learned to help others to great effect. Keep up the good work, Bedros!

Thanks for sharing. I completely relate and have been stuck in period of self sabotage and self doubt for years. It's only in the past 6 months I've realized my self worth and am now making better choices, including cutting out toxic people holding me back. Great talk. Been going through the same things but improving a lot. First time I went to therapy in my life and it really helped, seeing things in the fire service has really talking a toll on my mental and physical health. The only way to lead yourself to change is by you speaking up for yourself and taking the actions for yourself. Nobody will save you but yourself. We are the captains of our own ships.
