Sorry thats not what I meant. What I really meant is that GT5 is about all these different types of racing like rally, Nascar, etc... while F1 2012 is only about F1 and tries to replicate how F1 drivers live their life and GT5 is about Pure racing.
Game Stockcar, iRacing, rFactor, Project CARS, etc=Simulations. Gran Turismo, Forza Motorsport, F1 2012, etc='Sim-cade'. Need For Speed, Burnout, Forza Horizons, etc=Arcade.
The penaltynsystem is a little fucked, like me doing Q1 throuh canada, i was next to a Caterham coming into turn 1, i took the inside line since i was faster, the caterham got onto the grass and spun but i got a 10 place grid penalty
yes while a agree f1 is not a sim it is more of a sim than forza is. on forza pit strategy does'nt really come into play tire wear is more realistic and fuel mixes and such. While they are both sim-cade i find f1 to be more hardcore sim-cade then forza version of sim-cade
Physics have to come into play when we are talking simulation too though, and i personally believe Forza physics to be far more realistic than the f1 games.
A training mode that has been sorely missed? Grow up man. Next you'll be wanting the thing to play the game for you. *Casual racers/reviewers are so frustrating*
As soon as I heard an American voice, I paused this video, and am refusing to watch the review any further. Americans know jack shit about F1, they simply do not get it. How is one of them to accurately judge the quality of the game then?
