This is similar to what I used to eat with my Gramps. Grandma used to make plain polenta but cooked it a little longer til it was really thick like mashed potatoes then over the top, she put homemade sloppy joes and then the grated cheese. I liked it the next day after the polenta was firmed up. I 'd cut it into large squares and fry it with the sloppy joes in the same pan. Your recipe is gonna be something I'm gonna make. My mouth is watering already. Simple healthy homemade foods are the best.

Adding those fresh herbs to the sauce after taking the pan off the fire will retain their flavor, which gets almost totally lost when they are cooked!

Fabio sorry i found this episode to be a little "plastic" sorry... sorry... sorry... holding my head in shame :( ...lol... BUT.... still you make it look easy and amazingly delicious and i cant wait to try it :)
