It's very impressive that he was able to look up at the visage of one of the four most powerful warp entities and still hold onto the truth, even if it took a ton of drugs to do it.

This passage unironically puts him forevermore into the based département. Not only is Slaanesh specialised in mindfucked seduction/conversion when talking one on one, but what that chad did is basically have his will essentially beat/push back the will of untold quintillions of plebs. This is definitely a plus for him but he still fell to her. He serves her now through his ridiculous experimentation and balls to the wall torture of entire planets alongside the Emperors Children warbands he leads. Just because he doesn't wanna orgy himself to death doesn't mean there isn't plenty to be provided by the Dark Prince.
