Why did they run a Y pipe? I would have run a dual system with an X pipe, converters and mufflers.

As an Ecoboost f150 with an exhaust owner, I can tell you they sound like farting through a tuba.

It's hard to beat a v8 with pipes. However some 6 cylinder engines do sound nice. Jag E type for one.

As nice and beautiful this F100 is I would take an old school F100 with a 5.0L Coyote V8 as well as the 427 SOHC 2V Cammer V8 or even the new 7.3L Godzilla V8 or the 6.2L SOHC 2V BOSS V8 as well as the 6.8L Triton V10 over the EcoBoost V6 anyday of the week.

I'd still love to see more on this project, the Ecoboost still have great power and efficiency, I got to drive a 2020 for a while scoots in a big crew cab standard box let alone a lighter f100

That only a issue if you don't change oil regularly and use crappy oil. And as a tech of over 20 yrs the 5.0 coyote will do the same if it's not taken care of either!

I was thinking that people are spending money staying at home and deciding to build car's and truck's. The technology is perfect if you have the money. But car's can easily become a idol and right now God is coming with judgement's.

If you're doing all that work why wouldn't you just do a true dual exhaust. And no this is a great engine for a daily driver that instant torque from those tiny turbos is wonderful I drive an EcoBoost right now and it's fantastic for daily driving I don't really tow anything but I assume it would be great for towing too

Matco makes better tools for half the price and usally a better warranty I have used almost all the big name tools stop wasting my money with snap-on atleast 5 years I buy matco and Milwaukee now.

@@bmstylee where’s that? The VIN on the single piece of original sheet metal? Did you cut the vin out and weld it to the brand spanking new chassis? I mean call me a purest, but once a vehicle passes the 95% reman mark, it’s something else, regardless of what a piece of paper says. This stuff isn’t even reman.
