Thanks Ben for the videomy account was suspended for ads (that were stuck in review never even rejected) and there was a request for Business Verification with legal documents, I am only running ads to offer a free call. Do I have to go down the entire path of legal to recover this? I checked the Facebook mastermind group and did not find anything.

Thank you for this Ben, very helpful. Question, what about spoken words with subtitles used in a video, like mentioning women "not the, are you a woman?" type reference, but just talking about my women clients for example? Do you think it would be ok or better avoid using that word all together?

Hello Ben, thank you for the video.. I've few notes: I think All Facebook want is not to mention to the personal attribute for the audience, other than that no problem. For example: FORBIDDEN: Want to lose weight?, do you suffer from teeth cavity? Do you need an effective hair plantation method, are you bald?!... ALLOWED: Do you want to increase your website traffic? Do you want a new laptop?... etc... I think that's what Facebook goes after all the time.... Sorry for my bad lingo, English is not my native language :)

Hey Ben, Thanks for this great video, a lot of gurus don't talk about facebook policies but it's very important. What I want to ask you is can we use personalization example: Do you..? Are you..? and Have you..? on our product page-s without getting banned from facebook, will facebook disaproved our ads if we use them on our store? kind regards

Hi Mark, you should be fine with that stuff on your landing page but there are always other factors that will influence whether or not you get banned. For example, an account with tons of spend will be fine with that. It's more of a risk with newer ad accounts.

Idk if you still reply to the channel but my Facebook ads got taken down. 2 out of 3. The only difference in the ones that got taken down were the captions i put in the video that said “instantly fix pup crazies!” And the other said “tame pup crazies” with a following line of “reduce anxiety and stress to create a happier home for your dog” any tips ?

Does Facebook consider your personal page when making decisions? Considering that it's a social media platform and you can't advertise without a personal page and a fan page, I was just wondering if they ever look at your personal page? I hear some advertisers getting their ad account disabled and I'm just wondering if their personal page plays into this?

Hi Tom, yes they do but only if you have broken the rules or have set up a brand new profile. They won't care about your personal activity provided you aren't spamming people, etc.

Hey Ben, have you or any of your clients ever dealt with Ad rejections for no reason? Happened with my last 2 campaigns, but I have 3 creatives in 12 adsets (For a total of 36 duplicates of 3 ads to approve). 32 of them were approved, while 4 were rejected with the reason: "URL contains adult products or services". There are no indecent images on my website nor are there anything close to adult products on my website. I contacted meta support pros on the last campaign, and spoke with them 3 times, they said your URL does not violate the policy, it was an error, they manually approved them and said it wouldn't happen again. Seems like im stuck in a loop of auto rejection from the automated system. Have you ever dealt with anything like this / have any suggestions to fix this? Thanks for your time and content Ben!

I got away with using the word "sufferers" in knee products haha, stopped using it last year becasue of the risk. But I got banned once but they re enabled my account even with texts like "knee pain sufferers....". Do you think this is still risky?

can you make a video on banned ad accounts and accounts that cant spend more than £40 across all campaigns? I have this problem rn and I can't sign under a business because im underage. I think that there are some rebel employees at Facebook, even though my ad gets rejected by the algorithm the first time, it gets approved by a human 99% of the time. They either know Facebook will make tons of money because we can't use the most basic marketing principles, or they're just lazy and literally don't give a flying F*ck about what the advertiser is writing. I hope that the first one is true, but then again, Humans. So I'll go with the second🥴

Not just in ad copy, even if your video says "Do you have prolbem X?" FB will blast you

What about this Subcategory that needs to be filled in? Its a total "add error" and "Add rejection" on Discriminatory practices pain in the axx...When running a ad for live event and that appears, and doesn't have any resemblance of the requirements for "employment, etc...?
