Can to high drive pressures cause leaking exhaust gaskets like around the turbo flange gasket or exhaust manifold gasket? I just got your tunes for my 21 ram 3500 HO and they seem great so far, just haven't had a lot of time to drive the truck. Edit- I guess if I would have watched the rest of the video, I would have heard you say drive pressures do cause exhaust leaks.

Is there anyway you guys put a kit together for us to install a drive pressure on a duramax please thank man my truck will soon be running a dt750 and a 64 or 67 dt turbo and or corse your tuning magic as h have the old space jack and love it

I got a 22 ram 2500. Looking at going to about 500 wheel. Would upgrading the turbo help keep drive pressure down? I hear that my stock holset and fuel system can make the power it’s just that the drive pressure gets crazy and I’m not trying to make my cylinder head become nasa certified. 😂 just learning about diesel performance and I want to make sure I do it the legal/right way.

Drive pressure over unity is required for exhaust gas recirculation.

Unless its a diesel thing 1:1 and better is achievable by a long shot. I've done it many times.

No, you’re definitely going to want a wastegate to be safe. Especially if using a VGT

You dont ever want to have backpressure more than 20psi over boost because thrust bearings cant take it. 20 psi over is too much for engine breathing , 8 psi over is about max for good power. Here in developed world we aim for lower backpressure than boost. It is backpressure , not drivepressure , pressure is not driving anything.

How much do you think a LLY with fully upgraded fuel system, 100 over injectors and a compound stocker kit (S475 overstock) makes?
