This wasn't really RNG, it was just unlucky. Shooting the ground there made the Remington panic (angry) and therefore he just stepped on it and CJ happened to be in the way; If you're lying down, cops instantly bust you.

the smw clip at 2:20 should be in "wtf" speedrunning for a simple reason red yoshi ALWAYS spits shells out as 3 fireballs. thats why he flys under the block to hit it instead of just spitting the shell at it. cause its impossible. i have no idea how the hell he was able to spit out the solid shell let alone get it to instantly hit him. as glitchy as smw (and yoshi alone) is, thats a first time for me lol

That's "Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth By Sleep -A fragmentary passage-", part of the Kingdom Hearts 2.8 collection. It's set after Birth By Sleep and vaguely concurrent to KH1. Previously only on PS4, now on pretty much everything.
