Major Key🔑: The fear of the Lord is not to fear Him, it is to fear being without Him.

This week's faith talk is definitely confirmation from what God has been laying on my heart. We truly have to pick a side. No more being lukewarm 💚

The Truth Always Hurts when you Live a Comfortable Lie.

Amen! I was a lukewarm Christian for most of my adult life. I was always a Christian and believed in God, prayed occasionally and always said grace before a meal... but I wasn't living a Christian life. I would go to church a couple times a year and really only open my Bible in church. I was living a life I was ashamed of and outwardly, I looked happy, but inside I was sad and empty. It wasn't until last year I really started to notice how unhappy I was with the life I was living. I wasn't doing all the things I used to do in my twenties (I'm in my thirties now) but I still felt conviction but I never really repented and I still wasn't in My Word or speaking to God constantly. God never abandoned me even though I was living a life he wasn't proud of. He still blessed me and was there for me. I just had to reach out for Him. Like you said, my life was finally quiet enough, I could hear Him speaking to me. In December of '23 I recommitted my life to God. I read my Bible everyday, I'm following a read the Bible in a year devotional. And my prayer life has become so much deeper. I feel such a peace and joy now in my life that I've never had before. I love Papa so much, I am on fire for Him and it feels amazing. I blast Christian music in my car and listen to Christian podcasts. My desires have changed... my thoughts have changed... my life has changed. Thank you for this talk today. Everything you mentioned, I relate to 100%.

"living in half truth is living a half life" We need to choose God completely to live the life He had predestined for us to live.His will is so much better!

Sometimes it’s caused by doubting our ability to live according to God’s word; that we’re too weak to keep his precepts; the fear of failure in our attempt to live a Christian life.

Very true..i felt that,when you are lukewarm you are missing the fear of the Lord..true.

This is a word this Sunday ! Don’t sugar coat anything sis people need conviction , I need conviction when I’m going wrong , I don’t want to be lost I want to be in my Savior’s embrace when he returns! Keep spreading the word sis no matter the comments of a few it’s all God’s work! Blessings on everyone and have a productive and prosperous week ahead ❤️🙏🏽

I just want to say thank you. I watched your apartment testimony awhile ago when I didn't have my own palace and I was staying at an Airbnb where people were doing witch craft, drugs, and more. I prayed and cried to God many times for my own place and boy did he deliver. I now have my own flat that is beautiful, clean, and safe and I just want to say thank you. I watched your apartment testimony videos over and over again for encouragement and again thank you ❤️

The fact that God would rather we be cold than lukewarm speaks volume. I think an aspect is the undecisive nature of being lukewarm. There are a lot of bible verses addressing indecisiveness/doubt, etc. I think this bible verse from Revelation is one of them.

you are totaly right about the hanging out with people that dont love God because i didnt cuss at all but i started hanging out with those people and i started cussing and that totaly opened my eyes, and the Holy spirit told me like girl dont spend time with those people you see what it is doing to you

This was the conviction I needed. I honestly felt uncomfortable this WHOLE video, and it’s because I know I have slipped. I walked with God strong for a whole year, no hiccups. And lately I have been tempted, the old people from my past are showing up, the old desires. It’s truly been a battle and I have truly still been praising through the battle. I just needed this. Good morning Deborah thank you for this word today. I have been called to come back to Jesus Christ back in 2022 and I have been so hungry for God's word I read it everyday. It truly is food for my soul. Taste and see that the Lord is good. He certainly is and I am in love with him and his word. He is the word. He is awesome and the best love I can ever have and want everyone to experience this love I feel cause it is the best you'll ever have. Surrender is so important praise God for helping us to surrender and to do good because only He is truly Good I would also like to say I love this Verse 1 John 3:6 “Anyone who continues to live in Him will not sin. But anyone who keeps on sinning does not know Him or understand who He is.” It explains it all truly knowing God and having a relationship with Him is most important sin is a result of lack of love for God or lack of love for others

This motivates me a lot. I am exactly on the path to redefine my relationship with Jesus. To be hot than cold. To be intentional about my relationship with Jesus. I am aware of everything you just said. Matthew 6:33 and reading the gospel of Jesus. I recently started asking for guidance in prayer to know him more and daily I find myself indulging in learning about him without even scheduling a bible reading time. I also just turned on my "explicit" button, on all my social media accounts to remove and not play explicit music or content. Sometimes all it takes is listening to that one song. Then it's game over. What you said about the drift is totally true. But the more you really focus on building a real relationship with the Lord. He shows up and helps. Oh I love him. I definitely agree with your point on lukewarm friends, or ppl around us encouraging sin basically... Also, let's not be discouraged y'all!! Jesus says "my yoke is easy and my burden is light" (Matthew 11:30). As Christians WE HAVE the Holy Spirit, He is our counselor. Let's just take one day at a time, trusting Him (you know, that lil "voice" that tells you "Don't go there, don't do this" and reminds you scriptures when you need it) 🙌🏾 Be blessed y'all❤

This video is like a confirmation of how God wants me to deliver that message to my youth group and church. Like he made me talk alone in my room like crazy, to train me and now, this video resuming everything he put in my mouth and everything he made me learn those past 2 months. Wow ! Lord help us !! Lead us, be the center of our life and heart. Help us love that life with you and see the beauty of who you really are. We really have to yes, just come back to "why did I choose to follow him". To remember our vows and take our cross daily. And also, not with our strength, but his. Call on Jesus and he will help you go back to him and make that first step to abide in him. That's what blows my mind, because even in the first step we have to make, he helps us. He will be there to help us pick our crosses and sacrifice our flesh everyday. I have confessed to the lord that I’ve been lukewarm and ever since, the Lord has pushed me to be closer to him and give me his strength to change what I don’t like (and can change). There are times where I’m still struggling and get sad if I do go back to the old lifestyle and listening to flesh, but the Lord reminds me that he is with me…
