I can only imagine how difficult it is to interrogate someone, but if that police officer said "clearly" one more time, I was going to jump out of my skin.

is it just me who watches his videos and after finishing one, felt like the video ended too soon? It felt like a 5-minute video. That's how good his videos are.

This has to be one of the funniest interrogations. “The judge will declare me looney” Det: “YOU’RE ALREADY LOONEY” 🤣💀

If that detective said "clearly" one more time during the interrogation, I would have ended up in one of Mike's episodes...

Clearly, that detective loves the word "clearly" so much that he managed to use it, like, 20 times during that interrogation. Every time he said "clearly", I pictured that "apparently" kid, Noah.

I remember this guy. I was a bartender in Georgetown during this time. After the story broke, all the area bartenders were talking about him. He was a weirdo and he wore that German military outfit out and he would sit at bars by himself. We all knew he was weird, he gave off serial killer vibes. I think the park that he used to sleep in was called Rose Park.

Take a drink every time that first cop says “clearly”.

How sad for Viola and her family. Imagine living such a long life just to be murdered in the end over money. May she forever rest in peace knowing her wealth went to her family and not that evil man.

I’ve really enjoyed Mike’s progression in front of the camera. He’s already a very likable, natural storyteller and has sped up his delivery and made it more conversational as the years have gone on. Mike would be an incredible dinner guest. My wife and I could just sit and listen for hours.

Thing of it is, if he weren't so whack, he could have *had* everything he wanted. All he had to do was be a decent person and keep an elderly lady company and do some tasks for her, and in return he could have had options and help from the rich and powerful, and eventually even some of her estate no doubt. It's the "decent person" part that he got hung up with...

No, Mike, Your timing is perfect. Your jokes are always entertaining, your way of telling the story is more than awesome, your voice is easy to listen to, and never a boring chapter. You have a 'down to earth' nature. You are the best! Know that we appreciate you. Forever a fan.

How could her two grown daughters let him get away with repeatedly beating their 90 year old mother!? Why would they not just send their husbands or friends over to teach him a lesson or hell just break his legs themselves in 'self defenses' he beats up 90 year old women, he cant be hard to provoke.

I've never seen anyone be so cold, marriage of convenience or not. She sounded like she was a very kind and humble woman that just wanted to feel safe and was anything but safe with him.

I dated a guy EXACTLY like this dude. Lemme tell you - this guy is 100% sane. He is completely aware of how crazy he sounds and how bizarre he is acting. He thinks life is a game so he's playing in chaos mode. He learned early that if he's weird people don't know how to act and they let him get away with whatever he wants, boosting his ego. By the time consequences start falling on him, it's too late - he has lived the 'game god'life so long he thinks it's the best path to take for anything and everything.

My grandmother lived to be 98 and there were 2 different times that she hired caregivers and hid the emotional and financial abuse from her family. In fact I became her Summer caregiver and because of that I was able to get into her financial records and caught the first woman stealing from her and treating her very poorly. Same thing happened with the next person...they stole from her also and didn't care for her well at all. My grandmother took the abuse because she was terrified of being alone! These people also physically neglected her and I'm sure she was afraid for her life. My family lived far from her and we tried to put her in a facility but she refused. She was totally mentally sound and had nothing wrong with her but age so we couldn't force her. It was a completely awful situation. It sounds like that is what this poor woman went through something even worse. I'm sure Albert threatened all sorts of terrible things in addition to beating her. She was probably terrified of him and and afraid that he would kill her if she kicked him out. Sadly, she wasn't wrong. As soon as she decided "Enough is Enough" he murdered her. He's just evil, to torture and murder an elderly person takes a special kind of psycho!

He’d be an embarrassment to some pretty powerful and supposedly intelligent people ! So I’d imagine that they would want this case wrapped up quickly ! Before the focus slips !

Something I've learned through watching true crime is that if someone tells you that they're a spy and regails you with stories about their secret super spy adventures, they probably aren't a spy

The police were trying to ask him if he killed her without asking if he killed her before finally asking if he killed her. They were killing me!

Well, clearly😂, at 11:52, I noticed the detective leaning forward with elbows on his knees, I've heard on other interrogation shows that detectives use this to get the suspect to mirror them and Mr royalty absolutely mirrored him immediately! It was bizarre, I don't think I've ever seen it happen that fast before just thought I'd mention it, happy Easter y'all❤

Okay, this Al dude clearly has more than one screw loose, but I have to admit that I smiled a lot at his interrogation scenes. His answers and demeanour were somehow really funny and unique. That coffee is not coming?...😄

I love listening to the interview with Muth. What I hear in his voice is a man who believes he is a Class well-above the Investigating Detectives. This Class system doesn't exist in the US, just Wealth. I learned this in Germany, where I was told the Doctor's kids don't play with the Plumber's kids, and later on when I was an investigator.

He must’ve been obsessing over that initial question of: “does anybody have keys to the house?” Since it took him decades to finally think of a corresponding lie.

This story was portrayed in a movie called “Georgetown” starring Christoph Waltz - an amazing performance. As an individual who lives in the DC area, I can honestly say that most of the people who are trying to gain access to that sacred “inner circle” of politics, are full of crap; always embellishing their accomplishments and trying to make the right “contacts” while stabbing their competitors in the back. Don’t get me wrong, there are a great deal of truly brilliant people in DC, but there are probably twice as many BS artists and throat-cutters right behind them.

That police interrogation is pretty comical, haven't watched the entire video yet, but clearly Count Al is a smart dude. The police officers on the other hand are not, stuttering, pausing, trying to be clever and failing miserably in their attempts to manipulate someone obviously smarter than them. Count Al is clearly annoyed and losing his patience, I would be too. One thing I've learned from Mike's videos is how inept, inarticulate and transparent those interrogators are, every now and then there is actually a clever one, but most of the time it obvious they didn't get there because they were the sharpest tool in the shed, or maybe they were, which is pretty sad.

As a person who has suffered from extreme starvation... him refusing to eat for 2 months, enough to hospitalized himself, is proof of insanity. The absolute pain that starving produces is something I can't describe. It's also proof of his guilt as he would only do that to punish himself or to save himself.

I recently watched the movie about this story “Georgetown”. It was drawn out and boring at times. I like how u got right to it with this story. Probably why so many people watch this channel. Great job!!
