The three people charged in connection to the triple murder in Frostproof that occurred over the weekend appeared in court Thursday afternoon for their initial bond hearing.

Felonies ....I lived in polk for a long time actually very close to here I guarantee you he was a snitch for sheriff's office... someone needs to question that way deeper.....we have a point system here in Florida and one violent felony is enough points to go to Prison....200+ would n should be life....unless he got like dealing in stolen property.(very regular crime in this area due to the meth) and each item was charged separately. Bob Saturday They were involved the moment they saw one of the victims in the Dollar Tree, and knowingly followed the victim, Brandon, so they could confront Kevin. THEN they went to Mcdonalds and ordered 10 cheeseburgers and fries to eat after murdering 3 people. WTH eats a full meal after killing people? Sociopaths. The 2 so-called “minor” accessories obviously had no problem with what happened.

Loosing a child is hard enough too hard may I add, but blaming oneself is absolutely the worst in my opinion. I pray for the father in his time of extreme need. As I also pray for the families of the other victims aswell. I heard in the news that the families were poor and are having trouble with the funeral expenses. I'm trying to find if there is a funding account to pitch in and help.

Without crime they would be out of a job. They need to put criminals back on the street. It makes them look busy and then law enforcement gets a bigger budget. The government gets to increase taxes. The government then also gets to increase revenue by handing out fines for victimless crimes such as speeding or parking for 1 minute too long. Their focus is on fines, not stopping actual crimes.

THIS is why the protesters want to "de-fund" (I say de-militarize, retrain) the police. Put some money where it is needed , in early child development for starters. Dont ask - Bail can only be denied for one of two reasons. Either the defendant is a danger to the community, which TJ clearly is, or is a flight risk.
Jackson M my education is first hand experience of being put through the system. There are sentencing guidelines and many other things in place to keep the system a revolving door and the control out of the judges hands. You want to learn more. Commit some crimes and go through the system or u can get the same literature and knowledge easier on the street clown.

@Jody Owen I was under the same impression initially. The gf didn't say much and the shooters brother over all had a pretty clean record. They both f ed up by tampering with evidence and trying to cover everything up. Unfortunately they were at the wrong place wrong time with the wrong guy and now going to have to pay for it.
Thomas, scumbag TJ overheard one of the guys tell the clerk at Dollar General he was going fishing with his buddy Kevin. Apparently, TJ blamed some guy named Kevin for stealing and selling a motor out of his truck. I don't think it was even the guy he was pissed at. He spoke with the guy after they had both checked out and found out where they were going, then had his brother go to where they were. TJ then confronted Kevin, who had no idea what he was talking about. TJ, who had a gun, hit him in the face at which point the other two friends got out of their trucks and TJ shot them all several times. This is what the sheriff said took place, per TJ's brother.
@@melanieevans8860 I understand basically the timeline of events. The part I do not know was about whether "Keven" (which I'm told is his name spelled) was the correct person TJ was looking for. I have nothing against folks being off the grid and living in the jungle but with his 230 felonies, his decision making process is obviously poor, so I'm not surprised of the possibility TJ killed the wrong person. Obviously, too many people were talking about where they're going to be at night, which increases the chances of trouble happening, which did happen in this case. This is a rather unfortunate situation and it's sad those three gentlemen perished that night.
@@brucedunlap2036 - Im pretty sure she is locked up, SOMEPLACE, the FBI were all over her for 9 days before "The arrest". Keeping her under 24 hour surveillance, in an unknown location, would be the best thing to keep her alive, im sure there is many a $ on her head right now.

I watched the Polk County Sheriff's video of about 33 minutes, this kid stopped at the Dollar General, the 3 suspects were behind him in line, this was definitely premeditated! I was reminded of how, as a child, the Manson Family terrorized Southern California. I will always carry a self defense weapon .
