Totally agree with Ethan here; as a father, there is absolutely no way for a three year old to access “P word” except by sheer negligence. They have no idea about anything sex related at that age. This whole case is getting even more disturbing.

If a child is acting that way (in such an overt sexual manner) it is almost always a sign that they themselves are victims. I was abused by an older child when i was young and it took me a long time to realize that he had 100% no clue what he was doing he was just replicating what had been done to him. If her child was watching porn so young its because someone showed it to them. If they know how to abuse other children its likely that they learned it from being abused themselves. Prepubescent children literally do not have the hormones to be that sexually motivated, if they’re touching other children its probably because they think its a game. If what she says is true its just a self report that she does not have the ability to keep children safe AT ALL. Why are your young homeschooled children out of your view frequently enough and long enough to be able to serially sexually abuse other kids and you’re none the wiser? Here’s the question i would love to have an answer for how is Kevin not being investigated when the child who escaped clearly asked to call 911 instead of his father .. if his father is not involved or was never abusive why would he be more scared to call his dad and prefer to call the police instead. Clearly this man is not innocent and it’s criminal to send the poor children back to him or split them based on Ruby’s outrageous claims!

Even if the father didnt do anything directly abusive towards the kids, he still sat and watched while the abuse happened without doing anything to protect them. He should be investigated too, he's just as guilty as the mother

I watched Rachel Oates' video on this yesterday, and one of the things that stood out as particularly insane to me was that Ruby and Jodi believe that we are all supposed to be held responsible for *our every action since birth.* One of their actual quotes is something along the lines of "From the second a baby is born, they are completely independent from you and they will start making their own choices. If they see something and turn their head, that's a choice they're making." The fact that they believe in personal agency since you're out of the fucking womb is really telling and really scary. I think that Ruby genuinely believes that saying these things about her son will absolve her in a way because she thinks that he made these choices. She believes that a three year old, who can't even fucking read, *made the choice* to watch porn and that she had nothing to do with it. It's actual insanity and I hope, for the sake of the children, that she rots in prison for a LONG time.

Jessi Hildebrand, Jodi's niece, did an awesome interview on the Mormon Stories Podcast. Jodi took them in as a teenager and tortured them in a very similar way like Ruby's kids seemed to have been. Jodi also made Jessi "confess" to "sex addiction", "porn addiction" and masturbation, even though Jessi was so young and sheltered they didn't even know what these things meant.

The most infuriating thing about this: because she made that accusation, whether or not it’s true, her son will have to be housed away from other children because the state cannot take the chance and in danger others.

There are lots of old victims of Jodi that have spoken out saying that this torture and blaming of the kids is standard procedure for her. Ruby was obviously responsible for the kids, but it seems to be Jodi coming up with the mad ideas

I believe Jodi made R confess to Ruby about all the shit he didn’t do. Jodi has a track-record of doing shit like this. She twists and manipulate things and ruins lives like that. It’s crazy. Ruby’s abusiveness just skyrocketed after meeting Jodi. It’s unbelievable.

It’s worse if this is true, that is rampant behavior indicating they are being SA’d themselves. And she did nothing, well she did do something, she traumatized them further. And now she’s revictimizing them by public ally sharing the details of their abuse. She’s a monster.

Worth noting that it seems Ruby (and Jodi) have very warped views on what counts as p0rn. By "my child was watching p0rn" she may literally mean "my child listened to a song with explicit lyrics". Rachel Oates mentioned it in her latest video and I would imagine that explains what's going on here.

Look at the interview with Jessi Hildebrandt, the niece of Jodi Hildebrandt. Jodi mentally and physically tortured her also into confessing things she didn't do similar to the things that Ruby accuses her child of. So probably Jodi "brainwashed" Ruby into believing this (not defending Ruby here, she shouldn't be a religious bigot believing this stuff in the first place). edit: This being said, this Jodi must have made much more victims... There should be a full scale investigation on her old clientele.

You have to look more into Jodi. There was an interview with her niece, and apparently convincing children that they are sexually assaulting others is something she likes to do, and her “therapy” involves depriving children of things they need in order to make them feel like they are less then human. They are both monsters. I think looking into Jodi’s “therapy” gives even more insight into what exactly happened and why Ruby is making these wild accusations.

From watching interviews with Jessi Hildebrandt, my theory is that Ruby entrusted her three kids with Jodi for torture. Under the torture, Jodi says “this will all stop if you just tell us the truth” despite telling the truth and having done virtually nothing wrong. The child who escaped lies in confession about sexual assault, and Jodi pushes him to make it seem more disturbing, more justifiable in the abuse, hence the absolutely insane claims about pornography at 3 and 20 sexual assault cases. Jodi reported it to Ruby, and Ruby wholly believed it. Ruby may have also been there. But I doubt that boy did any of that. He loved his sisters enough to risk further abuse and escaped because they were in desperate need of help. He’s a hero. Unfortunately, you can hear him saying in the 911 call that he deserved the abuse. I hope that his current foster family makes him feel loved, that his sisters are okay, and that all six of the children can go to therapy. I hope that the boy has his name cleared.

I'm 100% sure this was a lie. Jodi was known to use the same tactic of accusing some of her clients of having a porn addiction or cheating to take money from them, so many ppl got destroyed by her lies on awful divorces. I'm sure the deranged Ruby learned that those accusations would create an easy way to take the blame from her. I just pray for this woman to rot in prison for the next 40 years.

I live in Utah. I've never been Mormon, but Im surrounded by the culture nonetheless. The mormon religion creates a culture of considering people, kids included, "worthy" or "unworthy" of love, affection and respect depending on their actions and behavior. "Worthiness" before heavenly father is a BIG part of the religion and the comparison of earthly parents to the heavenly parents inevitably creates this culture where parents arent held accountable. So her passing the buck to her kids is absolutely in line with the Mormon zeitgeist.

As a young kid I experienced seeing my little sister being sexually abused in front of me without understanding what was going on and, while seeing an adult behave in that manner, I thought that it was normal and okay. As a result I attempted to do similar things with other children who were my age because I just thought that that was a thing people did. If Ruby Franke's kids are "sexually assaulting" other kids in the neighbourhood and their siblings then they probably learned it from experiencing it themselves or by seeing it occur with their siblings. This sounds like something else to look into if this is true.

I saw an interview with the niece of the business partner. Her niece was placed in her care in a similar fashion, and she claims that her aunt was convinced that she was obsessed with sex from a young age too. I'll bet they interrogated these kids until they get them to confess to things that they did not do.

Maybe she doesnt want them together so they cant corroborate their stories by telling the same foster parent more information about Ruby's abuse. Coordinating both sets of foster parents to check if they maybe heard the same thing from the other child will delay proceedings. And anything she can do to delay, and get her lawyer to make a better motion for bail is an advantage for her rn. All just my own speculation, just something i thought of

As someone who’s sadly been a victim to generational INST, R, and SA, those children would’ve HAD to learn it from somewhere… wether they learned it straight from an adult or the media. There were a similar case a few years ago where the parents both went to jail because they locked their son in the basement for over a year. The parents defense was he SA’ed the children. The kid was locked in a closet with no food water or light. Insanity.

Yeah the niece of Jodi Hildebrandt said that all of these batshit crazy allegations against these kids are identical to what Jodi did to her when she was around 13. And it's not just accusations. The niece was in her aunt Jodi's care for a bit when she was a young teen. She'd force her to admit to things and then use them against her. She'd force her to admit she was addicted to masturbation before she even understood it and then when she finally relented and said, "Ok I'm addicted to masturbating" just to make the onslaught stop, her aunt would force her to admit that she's a liar, and then use that against her if she said anything. That's why the son, during the initial 911 call, even though he was being tortured and escaped, you can still hear him saying, "Yeah but this was my fault, what happened was my fault" like he's obviously been brainwashed as well. I remember an old episode of Jon & Kate Plus 8. Kate’s best friend who would babysit the twins once in awhile told Kate that some of the kids were sleeping on her bathroom floor. I was like what?! Kate was there to pick up the kids. The tv show didn’t show the front or her friends house or any wide angle shots inside. Until they got to her bathroom which was the size of my first apartment. She had this HUGE fluffy thick soft memory foam rug next to a Roman style tub. Her friend was rich. Anytime I hear someone voluntarily sleeping on a bathroom floor, I think of that scene. 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️

Accusing your children of sexually abusing their siblings sounds more like that child was sexually abused and either did the same thing to others or she simply lied about it to punish them. Saying a 2 year old was watching porn is evidence against her. She is the parent who is in charge of monitoring what they watch. A kid that age doesn't actively have access to explicit content unless the parents were neglectful.

Even if it was true, which of course, it's not, that FOR YEARS (like since he was 3 yrs old?!) RF abused those 20 people, why didn't this great mother take him to a mental health expert? There is NO way a single-digit aged child could SA 20 people. That's an insane allegation. I've unfortunately heard true stories of SA from one child to another, but 20?! 20 without a single parent knowing or doing anything about it??? Outlandish. Ridiculous. If the child is abusing others, it likely means they themselves were abused and NEED PSYCHIATRIC HELP, not imprisonment and torture in the home.

Just wanna point out a couple things. 1) False confessions for blackmail purposes is a common strategy in churches like JW, Mormon and Scientology. The use of the word confession makes me suspect that it was part of the abuse. Punishment until you confess sort of thing, and it's been proven that people in duress will confess to anything to get the abuse to stop. 2) I refuse to even entertain these claims are real until there is actual proof, but if they are it is because these children have been abused themselves. Kids don't just start doing things like that out of thin air.

If a child is trying to do the things she claimed then it is still her fault because its an obvious sign of physical or emotional abuse. Even if the kid was "born" psychopathic, still would have to be abused to act like this.

Just some thoughts: I think someone may have leaked actual zoom link because typically for public virtual hearings they will be livestreamed to RU-vid. Also a lot of courts hold certain types of hearings by zoom because it's convenient and allows them to keep cases flowing and prevent further backlog.

If her argument was actually true, either she found out and decided not to get real help, or she enabled them. Either way, it still makes her look like a terrible mother. Because children, especially those in the single digits, do not look up porn or sexually assult others by their own will.
