A 100 classic, this is prolly my favorite ballet of theres for many many years now. Those opening notes are immaculate , arrangement has not changed 🔥🔥
One word! DAMMMN!💯 Well maybe a few more. You not only raised the bar, but created a new one with this arrangement.. Let that sink in when there is criticism about our young people (including the band directors, who are also new to Dr. Foster's Legacy). You are the difference and the difference is clear!
Comparing now to then, things have changed and they sound awesome! However to say that they sounded better, well the difference is there is different instrumentation, the arrangement has been rewritten, etc, etc, 81's sound was unmatched in that era. Just as the present era as far as musicality etc, etc, is the standard presently. It's like saying that this group of young people would be able to perform the SOS dance routine better than the the 1980 and 81 100 and excite it better, which I don't think there will be any comparison. I CLAIM all the years, from good to bad. At our worse, the 100 is still the 100!
