I enjoy your videos very informative. I always clean out the combustion chamber First, flush the dirt in siphon then FGA and gas rate.

I’m having quite a few low fan pressures due to a lazy fan. Tends to be more on the cdi’s too

Hi got poor negative fan presure, just done full service. Blown though test point and I know manometer OK. Any pointers on negative can cause this

Good video. Did same job recently with same outcome on fan pressure, at -4.5mbar, plus some minor adjustments on gas valve. Interested in how you tested seal integrity, can you say more about the sensor. Thanks again, look forward to next video.

Hello. I recently gave a full service to Worcester CDI. Cleaned heat cell, new electrodes installed, new baring plate and all seals installed. Max and min readings perfect. But fan pressure and gas rate is still less than they should be. What else could be causing these low readings?
