A lot of people hate on this season, and it is very different from the others, but there is a lot of classic Fargo in this season. Even the worst season of Fargo is still better than most anything else. So glad you guys are continuing the show! edit: Warrior and The Warriors are both awesome lol
Yeah baby!!! Saw this on the Patreon. Killer by the way seeing full episodes. But been waiting for the RU-vid version on the TV. Nice!!!!! Keep the content coming!!!!!
Great reactions and commentary! This is a GREAT season -- no matter what some critics claim. The acting is really good and the story is deeply compelling. It is much better than Season 3. Also: Yes unfortunately, there was a lot of racism and/or bigotry against Italians, Jews, Irish and Eastern European people during the early 20th Century (in both America and Europe). While it wasn't as prevalent as bigotry and discrimination against Black Americans, it was still quite common until roughly WW2. The film GANGS OF NEW YORK kind of show this too.
@@RullXovexactly, its a shame but in not one scene did i find him intimidating or believable. The rest of the cast is pretty great though especially Jesse Buckley
The covid production hiatus definitely impacted a bit of pacing towards the end of the season. But I agree even with you in that being the 'worst' season of the best show still makes it a great thing.
I like this season. It's just weird in an unfamiliar way. Instead of a Dutch angle on the camera, it's the plot itself that's at a Dutch angle, always off kilter. It's unsettling in a way you can't quite pin down, like a song with an extra beat intermittently thrown in so that you can't keep rhythm. If you can let that just be what it is, it's pretty awesome.
Fargo is always quality. I agree, glad it's you guys doing this. Ignore the racist jerks...let them go on their sad way. I struggled with this season because it was so unrelentingly dark and involving kids...& I was in a somewhat dark place in my life. I was looking for just a little more humor and redemption, ironic or otherwise. Glad to revisit and rethink it.
The next episode you'll see the new italian leaders brother. I think he's a bad impression of Jack Black if he played that role. You'll see what I mean.
@@FriendRequestReviews I don't know who the actor is but he should get an award for bad overacting. I've watched the series several times but I can't get Jack Black out of my mind every time I see him.
I'm so glad you're both reacting to season 4 - it's my favourite season, personally I didn't rate season 5 even though it's got some great characters. Looking forward to continuing going on this adventure with you both. 🌞😎🙌👍
This series has one of the most poignant lines in all of Fargo: "What we have here is a problem of maths. To prevent them from multiplying, we need to divide them." Basically it's Revelation of The Method, of how the elites keep us all in line. IMO.
It’s solid! I like season 1,2 better but it’s at least as good as season 3 in a different way. Season 5 I’d hold above 3-4 but the worse season of Fargo which ever season you pick is still better than 95% of what’s out there. You guys need to check out LEGION, you’d have fun trying to fun discerning the different characters, and it’s seeing all the different actors that Noah Hawley used in Fargo. I’m curious as to who he’ll use in his alien series
I still really like it. It's my least favorite but I think it was not able to live up to the others because it was made during covid or partly was. I think that stopped its potential of being really great?
