As shocking as the Dawn boot and Amanda toot was, i kinda get it. From a reveal execution and surprise perspective Amanda's definitely had more of an impact and the two looks told a story, suburban mom is an alien and how they did it was pretty well done, reveal the face first and then bam body, whereas Dawn's didnt really have any of those, the yeti was good but then underneath it's just Dawn but with long white sleeves the two looks didnt tie together. Raja even said it themselves it didnt interest her, whereas Amanda's was definitely interesting. Jimbo said it best in best in the pit stop, Dawns look would have been better if the reveal invovled them coming out of the yeti mouth in a red outfit similar to the red fringe on the yeti's mouth.

Yes my issue with Dawn's look was the lack of vision...To me it looked like an albino shrimp vomiting blood into a long-armed (which she already did in the talent show) carpet-catsuit with some tactical belts...and why the grey-blue face? I hope her runways pick up after this, cuz this first episode she honestly flopped a bit despite the mini challenge. I dont want to compare queens but it was sadly literally giving Willow Pill from Temu and I KNOW there is this elf-princess in her, we saw it already in promo material.

You know what the tea is? Raven inspired a lot of the girls with her face paint, but now Raven looks like she took the innovation those girls made and elevated it even more. Raven is still one of the best painters working. Raja is still the Mother to the girls and us. We love our Mother most of all.

The OGs are back. Yes! You know thats right! Raven just reinventing her MUG now that everyone tried to copy her previous face is legendary, she looks so different - but distinctly her. Them not being afraid to boot Dawn is why I love this duo, because there is no delusion with those two ... The look was just not it. Being a "kooky, twisted little doll" is not a free pass in 2024 anymore.

Our fav duo has returned and Q definitely delivered the best look of the night like if you try to argue anyone else I’m sorry it’s a no. The fact Q made that is so amazing like her entrance look was great as well. The only other person who had an exciting reveal was Dawn. Everyone else had either a simple or a pretty bad reveal. Was really disappointed with Sapphira’s look I expected sm more she was slaying the episode until the runway. Shocked they didn’t like Dawn’s look but liked Amanda’s look which for me was the worst look of the night. I wonder where the review on their entrance looks is at.

I think some Queens like Jimbo, Yara and Jessica just had to show the kids that some big ol' bouncies can be hilarious in a performance (camp) and puss in a gown (fashion) at the same time. Not to mention: One less area to cover with Make-up or shave. If you put on a necklace its the illusion that causes the confusion.

maybe ill change my mind as the season goes on, but honestly Morphine, to me, seems like just a pretty, vapid, package and thats it. And, honestly, I found some of her comments in the confessionals towards other queens to be more mean instead of just "shady" so it smelled to me like arrogance, trying to overcompensate a lack of substance. We do live in a post Luxx and Mistress drag race world so i guess being rude is cool now
