i did this in 1.25x speed, so it was alot more jumpey/dancey/joggy for me, and i feel so good after!! my feet are tingling and i kind of want to do even more lol

My watch only counted 2725 for me. Just fyi for anyone with a step counter you might have more or less depending on your watches sensitivity and how hard you push yourself
