my right leg and hip is more flexible and left leg no, and i can't get split what i do? please tell me...

i’ve been trying forever and everytime i’m at least 3 inches off the floor. i’ve looked up tutorials, stretched extra, but it doesn’t seem to work. both my sisters can and i do dance. help me!!

i always thought it was more centered towards martial arts because not only do you need to be flexible to hold the kick up but also strong so it helps strength the muscle in the contraction during the stretch but hey i could be wrong but majority of the time i see it done for martial arts

I think it was invented in dance but yeah at least in Kyokushin it's a staple.

Please reply. First of all this video was very helpful. The warm up exercises you have given in the one year split workout is very hard for me, i get way too tired before even starting to do my stretches. i'm 15 what should i do?

Just do a shorter warm up and gradually build it up or take some more rest in between.

Vine World, Whoa, don‘t expect immediate splits. They usually come after a long time of stretching (multiple months for most people). This method is effective, but the rules of stretching still apply.

Even in Shaolin temple it takes min 1 month get into proper split ...don't go for one day split

I'm a Handball Goalkeeper....it's my major problem....The lower body stretching bcoz I'm 22.....my question is it's possible to get a stretch....How long it get for full lower body stretch....

No you can stretch 2 days a week minimum ideally 5 days is good. 3 days on 1off 2 days on 1 day off
