I am 6'3 I did 4 days fast twice in a row and 1 time 5 days, and now I am doing a 4 days. I was 276.8, and when I started , I am 253.8 currently. I am goal weight 180
49 years old 5’5 Start: 175 Goal: 148 Today I’m 48 hours into a 72 hour fast Goals is rolling 72s till goal. I have a surgery set for June that will have my mobility limited for 3 weeks. So I’d like to get as much weight off as I can. I’m walking 45 min 2x a day and body weight exercises 3x a week
I’m 70 hours in to a 90 hour fast. I started making cucumber salad for my refeed tomorrow and the smell of fresh cucumbers is driving me insane! Starving!!!!
Listen to your body tho, if it's just hunger then ride the waves, but if you start to feel unwell or dizzy/faint then eat! Remember This is not meant to be a punishment, so if you break early then eat close your window and keep going.❤
Just finished my first fast of this challenge with 66 hours! 🎉 I waited to start until I get back from a work trip, but excited to join everyone! I'm down 14.8 lbs prior to my refeed! I'm really psyched that I got back to fasting so easily after not doing it for a few months! ❤
I had great progress so far! Here are my stats: Total Lost: 13.8 lbs, Average Daily Steps: 7,791, Average sleep 6.4 hrs, Number of Workout Days: 6, Average Workout Duration: 22 Minutes, Total Volume Lifted: 4,395 lbs. Feeling proud and motivated to keep pushing forward. Thanks Jerome 🙏🏾
I’m not seeing too much movement in the scale, but when I whipped out the measuring tape my waist went from 56 1/4 inches to 54 inches. I’ve been carrying two 20 lb weights up 10 flights of stairs in my building. I’ve also been practicing a movement flow emulating the animals of a bear, frog, a crab, and a monkey. I’m getting deeper into an Asian squat and push-ups are getting easier…..Make sure to take those non-scale wins, Fam.
I have to admit my will power is too weak to make it to 68, much less 48. Here are my fasting stats for the last week, just for accountability. May 1: 22 hours 32 mins May 2: 21 hours 55 mins May 3: 11 hours 41 mins May 4: 20 hours 22 mins May 5: 20 hours May 6: 23 hours 4 mins May 7: 24 hours 3 mins May 8: 19 hours 20 mins May 3 was sadly a relapse overeating day, but I've been safe since then and only eating at my restriction (1500 cals). Thankfully, I AM seeing weight loss this way! Sometimes it's OMAD, sometimes it's "whatever I feel like eating in a 2 - 4 hour window", but the key is just like you said, consistency of some sort. May 1 I weighed in at 252. Today, May 8, I weighed in at 243.4. I'm hoping by the end of May, I'll be into the 230s. 230 or less was my goal at the start of the year to get to by my birthday (Tail end of June) so we'll see.
I am still staying consistent! After tracking my calories I am definitely not eating enough during my eating window so I will start tracking calories to make sure I get to 1500-2k calories! Don’t worry about the scale keep moving forward and being consistent the weight will fall off! Keep up the good work yall! 🎉❤
@Pasca620 Not rolling, just straight water fast using ACV and vitamins. Believe it or not, it's always been easier for me to abstain than moderate. Something I'm working on
I'm in! (DR45s/65S/72S + 1HR REFEED) GW: 110-120 lbs (05/01/24) SW: 198 lbs (05/07/24) CW: 190 lbs Fast #1: 60 Hr (05/3/24) Fast #2: 48 Hr 50 Min (05/05/24) Fast #3: 26 Hr 15 Min (05/06/24) Fast #4: 25 Hr 52 Min (05/07/24) Fast #5: 28 Hr 20 Min (05/08/24) Fast #6: 14 Hr 18 Min (05/09/24) Fast #7: 23 Hr 50 Min (05/10/24)
You look fantastic I've been following you for a long time I finally started fasting lost 40 pounds in 3 months needed this Channel to do it thanks Jerome from London!
Yup I agree no more Day 1 just keep going. I’m committed to sticking to my mostly 72 hr fasts. Refeed Wednesday Sat and Sunday. Run 3 Miles Walk 3 Miles Journal it all! Refeeds and fasting Weighing myself everyday for accountability. Sleep 6 to 7 hours a night at the same time every night Sunday thru Thursday. Weekends are unpredictable due to work
I had lost 15 pounds and then I thought I had this fasting thing figured out. I continued fasting, but stopped hitting the timer. It completely messed me up! So I figured out I need the app to be accountable to. I’m back up a few pounds and traveling for work the rest of the week, so can’t weigh in…but I hit the timer and I’m looking forward to getting home Friday to see progress on the scale! Chalk it up to lessons learned!
All part of the process…I’m constantly tweaking things to see what I can do without…for a while I wasn’t tracking calories…saw my weight loss stall…now I’m tracking my refeeds and the weight is beginning to head south again
Age: 45 Height: 5'0" Starting Weight: 125 lbs (5/1) Current Weight: 122 lbs (5/7) Goal Weight: 108 lbs Strict 2MAD working up to OMAD with no snacking in between Other Goals: 20-30 min Pilates 2-3 times a week, 20 min Weight training 1 time a week, Sleep 6 hrs/day average Today I woke up and I'd lost another pound since our last check in! I was really happy about that but then in the afternoon I fell off the wagon, I think because my lunch meal was just a bit of bread and cookies and coffee and nothing substantial. So what was supposed to be 2MAD has turned out to be 3 meals today (I ate boiled eggs along with some cold buckwheat noodles late afternoon, before dinner). Still, I'm moving forward, I didn't snack in between those 3 meals and I've learned to make better choices at lunchtime, which seems to really hold me over until dinner. I'm so glad that we have a check in every few days so I can find out what is working for me. Thanks!
Hi!!! Just wanted to check in, I am doing great. Keeping it simple. I feel so good. I cannot believe how EASY this is when you don't add unecessary rules like "first eat only sardines for a solid week" or "when you break your fast, it must be on sodium & fat free vegan foods blessed by virgins."
39 years old 5’3 Starting weight 161 Current weight 154 Goal weight 135 I’m on my second rolling 72 and I feel great can’t wait see what my body looks like come summer!..
Age: 36 Height: 6'2" Starting Weight: 267lbs (4/28/24) Started before I knew about this challenge. Current Weight: 248.2lbs (5/7/24) Goal Weight: 225lbs in may, 185 long term Fast #1: 87 Hours Fast #2: 63 Hours Current Fast: 53 Hours 36 Minutes Other Goals: Walk 10,000 steps or 45 minutes on fasting days. I refeed every Wednesday and Sunday.
I haven’t built up to 65 hr fasts yet. Currently doing 43-45 hours fasts. Doing my second one of the month. After the first one I spent 2 days doing OMAD cause I underrate during that first re-feed. Hoping to work my way up to a 65 hr fast by the end of the month.
I've adjusted my plan. My children asked me to come to dinner on Wednesday, and I decided I felt best mentally, about doing OMAD until then. So I have been, after I finished my low-carb prep, and have been feeling good about it. Wednesday night I will begin my first rolling 44. It is a victory for me that I didn't just think, "Oh, I will start AFTER Wednesday," but did something right away. :)
Walking on my treadmill while 47 hours into a 60 hour fast. This is going to be my longest fast to date. My May goal is 4:3. I am slightly below my goal range so don’t want to do too many extended fasts. Enjoy the community challenge.
Age: 43 Height: 5'3" Starting Weight: 144lbs (5/1/24) Current Weight: 143lbs (5/7/24) Goal Weight: 137lbs Fast #1: 67 hours, 19 minutes Fast #2: Currently 65 hours, 48 minutes (will most likely break at the ~67 hour mark) Other Goals: Walk 1hr 6x/wk, Strength Train 3x/wk, Sleep 7hrs/day average
Age: 43 Height: 5’5’’ Starting Weight: (4/30/2024) 197lbs Current Weight (5/8/2024) 190lbs Goal weight: 143lbs (sometime around the end of 2024) I am feeling great with 47 to 49 hours fasts, and have been keeping the consistency 💪 The weight is dropping, which is good, but the way my body composition has changed is amazing! Would like to try the 65 hours fast but I believe that my mind is the only thing stopping me from doing it, not my body.
40F, started 5/1, completed 144 hour fast. Ate about 1200 calorie OMAD and the restarted my second fast last night. Don't have my weight because I was afraid to weigh, but I'm going to weigh Friday morning.
Age: 43F Height: 5'6" Starting Weight: 287.8lbs (2/12/24) Current Weight: 242.2lbs (5/6/24) Goal Weight: 150lbs Fast #1: 4 days, Range 109 hours, to 103 hours. Fasting is the Number One Secret to Superhuman Willpower. Fasting is by far the most sophisticated willpower workout available. If you get good at fasting, you can learn to control every other aspect of your life. If you get good at fasting, you can overcome any addiction, not matter how deeply imbedded. Medically, fasting has been found to rapidly dissipate the craving for nicotine, alcohol, caffeine and other drugs.
So started on 29 Apr and have lost 6kg (13.2lbs) - All time low weight wise and PB 7 day fast. Re-fed Sunday had a bit of protein as I was seriously oxalate dumping and felt I needed to some thing to help heal and Monday re-fed properly - bone broth, kimchi avocado and some prawns then a big old protein meal in the evening. Now fasting until family event on Saturday and will probably re-feed over 2 days again. I think having a 2 day refeed in between extended fast suits me just now. I'm really conscious/anxious about my protein intake as a Carnivore. Best of luck
It was pouring outside, you are definitely dedicated to your workout. I’m currently doing a four day fast or 96+ hours. Today is day two of four. I’m definitely about to incorporate some substantial exercise.
I was unsuccessful with this past 65 hour fast. I did eat better.. didn't eat out. Also I waited until later in the day to eat. Really just contemplating how I want to fast. Once I am certain which one.. I think I'll have better success.
Height : 5'5 1/2 Starting weight:141.8(May1st/2nd) Current weight: 138.6(May 7th) Goal weight: 137-138 lbs Fast#1:69 hrs Fast#2: 44 hrs May 5th I broke my fast at 44 hrs in and just did ADF because it was a Star wars weekend. I gave myself a 6 hr feeding window. I'm now 47 hrs into another 67-69 hr fast. I'll break tomorrow. Not sure if I'll break early again on Friday because of my mom on Mothers Day or not. That's what I love about fasting though. I can't say it enough, it's literally the ultimate reset button!! ☺☺
I'm consistently doing OMAD, MADF, and daily caloric restriction. I switch it up depending on my current mental state and what I feel I can mentally handle. I've lost 10 pounds since starting my journey in early April. I'm so glad I found your channel. You keep me inspired, and I'm thankful for the community you've created. You truly understand that this journey is unique for everyone, and that's why I keep coming back to your channel. You don't judge, and this truly is a safe space.

40 CW: 218 Gw: 145 Last week I did a 45 hr and then a 65 hr fast, but started to do an OMAD on Saturday, and a 13 hr before I ate last Sunday. ( I had a birthday party over the weekend) Not perfect, but I’m planning to do better this week. Currently going on a 120 hr fast. I’m at almost 40 hrs right now.
I need to exercise but I’m so tired! I bought myself some multivitamins. Going to take them when I break fast in 2 days. I’m doing 90hr fasts and a 4 hour window. After taking my vits I’m hoping the tiredness settles so I have more energy to work on other arrears of this journey 💪
Age: 49 Height: 5'11 SW: 177 CW: 171 GW: 145 Fasting Goal:65 hours I have completed four fasts. 1st:67 hours 2nd:40 hours 3rd:59 hours 4th:18 hours I had a slip up, and am currently 14 hours and 52 minutes into my 5th rolling fast. My exercise goal is 2-3 walks a week with a minimum of 3 miles. I've been meeting and exceeding that goal. Best wishes to everyone on their journeys.
Hello peeps, I need to really need to be true to myself. I have been yo-yo dieting for 4 years and I am fully ready to embark this fasting journey for real. I know I am late!! My stats 95.6kg and my goal by December is 70kg. Hopefully I can get in around there. I will be starting my 46hour fast starting at 12midnight (I found this really helps me) Insight: I am a 28year old, with two kids. Will be back again with update. 😊
247 a month ago....227 today....doing at least 36 in between meals. Breaking fast with big salads and salmon. No exercise yet. About 4k steps a day. Sleeping and feeling better!! Let's go!!
Glad to hear you're happy with where you're at buddy. Looking good! What's the goal now? Gonna maintain? Do some creatine and hit those weights and get fookin JACKED? 💪 As for me, fasting roughly 48hrs at a time which has turned into kind of an ADF kinda situation rather than rolling 48s. Got a session scheduled w/you in a couple days. Besides the sleep sucking ass, it's been going pretty smoothly.
very inspiring..i still fast in may, between 16-24 hour fast as i wanted but im working t cut out carbs and sugar and im getting there slowly to almost 0...walking 10000 steps consistent with some rest days in between sometimes...after this video..im stepping up my fasting hours now a few hours each day and still going strong...plus cutting carbs and sugar and keeping a short eating window with ca 1500 calories...key is carb and sugar free food, fasting and walking..thank you!!
I have an event coming up where I will be eating .. so my next 65 will be cut back to about a 50. ..It feels good to have a plan of how I’ll handle the upcoming event. 🙂
I’m 73 hours into my second rolling fast this month. First fast ended up being 82h. Started at 111kg and am now 107.7kg. Oddly, my weight hasn’t gone down since three days ago, and my refeed was only about 3,500 calories. I’m not drinking anything with calories, so I’m not sure what’s going on. 😅 Oh well. I’m going to keep going and hope for the best.

36 years old. 6'2" 239 lbs. Trip to DR with family in August. Would love to be able to walk around comfortably w/o a shirt on lol. Starting with rolling 90s. May go down to 70s. We will see.
47 yr old female 5'4" Goal/training program: 30 day fast, 4 day refeed on alkaline veggies, roll into 21 day fast. Day 10 of fast Start weight:229.4 Current weight: 211.0
Interesting your only at a 2K calorie deficit for the week if eating 6K per refeed calorie and using 2K calories per day as maintenance calories. Which isn’t even a pound of fat, which is 3.5K
Yes, it won't break your fast and for most people it doesn't spike their insulin. I think the only risk otherwise triggering the urge to overeat or eat things which are carb heavy and/or have sugar in it, during your refeed. I think if you don't drink much of it, when you are feeling a bit desperate, is good enough. Just my two cents.
