Two years ago I had high blood pressure and couldn't turn my stiff neck. Now I work out with Cindy 6 days a week and changed my diet. Now my blood pressure has been normal this year and I'm flexible and stronger, alternating workouts keeps it fun

Hi Cindy, I have a request. I am enjoying doing these workouts and I wonder if I can ask that you let us know just before a move what we will be doing. Sometimes you just say "New move" and then I miss the first one watching what you're doing. Any chance of naming the move before we do it? Thanks!!!

Hi Cindy, love your background with multiple licenses and love the videos I have done. Could you up the volume of music just a little so I can hear it better yet still hear you. The time goes particularly fast with your videos even with the low volume music so it would go even faster with more volume. Please keep making videos so we have the advantage of new moves and discoveries. I am an indefinite life extensionist and have heard HIIT is the best cardio exercise for life extension which makes sense.

@@Bopi2657 there are videos where the music is a little louder than here and you can easily hear what the instructor is saying. I prefer workout videos where they explain what they're doing as well as

Agree. It’s a wild aerobic work out. I set my timer for 60 sec go , paused you and 30 sec resting. Then stretched
