1 cup milk or kefir (any kind)
2 cups spinach
1 banana
1 cup frozen fruit (berries, mango, pineapple, etc.), slightly thawed
**you can always add more veggies! Good examples are kale and butternut squash
**you can always add a scoop of protein powder
Layer ingredients in a blender in order listed. Mix until well blended.
