That cabinet was perfect! And Love the no waste of the 2” strip leftover- I keep My lace on cardboard strips like that also! So much easier to find exactly what You want to use! You did a great job of organizing those Fat Quarters! Looks Beautiful!
Awesome on both storage items! Just a suggestion... Bobby pins work wonders for holding ends of fabric on boards also and probably way cheaper. Just a thought 😉
Love your videos I've seen so far (when I should be busy doing other things, lol) and your wonderful craft room, just found you today. I put my longer lengths of trims around empty fabric bolts and store them upright--but this is SO much better and they can be put away out of the light and dust! I have a similar old tall wood CD shelf unit and also a closed door cabinet CD holder painted like an old house that I think I will repurpose. My craft room has good bones with quite a lot of storage (mostly old, vintage and antique pieces) but def needs organization and overhaul! I have way too many books I could thin some, and there are some long outdated interests that need to go to people who would enjoy them. Just want to say--you seem a very nice and compassionate woman--thank you for giving cheer to others...from an old retired school secretary. Enjoy your day!
I’m curious. Are you related to any Shepherds in Missouri or California? My Uncle Leonard Shepherd also goes by the nickname Shep. Also, the way you are organizing the material is exactly the idea I was looking for. I don’t have a lot of space so this is perfect!! Thank you!!
