Sharing my 3 ALL TIME FAV WW recipes that helped get me started on the WW BLUE PLAN and lose 73lbs! We love these recipes and still work them into our family's monthly meal plan! Do you have a favorite recipe that works in your eating plan that you go back to over and over again? Hope you enjoy! XO- L
Just want to thank you for making these videos. I started the WW blue program and I was super unmotivated to continue it. I watched a lot of your videos about it and it is super inspiring and really helpful. I wish you the absolute best in your weight loss journey! Keep rocking it girl!
The enchiladas remind me of a really great, fattening chicken enchilada recipe that uses cream cheese and green chiles. I think I’m going to make this recipe but put the sauce in with the chicken filling inside the tortillas. Then put green sauce on the outside with the cheese.
I made the bacon wrapped pork chops the other night. I was surprised that I loved the apples and onions. What a wonderful meal. Leftovers are fantastic! And I’m making the shrimp pasta tonight! Thank you for these recipes.
Definitely fix egg roll in a bowl with spicy Mayo dressing I make. That is a quick easy one I stick with. I also love making a tater tot breakfast casserole. Little more of something substantial on my stomach in the morning. Candied grapes. Never get tired of those. I make a Korean chicken salad to go on tortillas too. My most often lunch is wraps with the flavored chopped salads and some cut up chicken with a lite dressing of whatever sounds good. These have been really good and just my go to for packing my lunches. Love your channel and thanks for sharing your ideas and journey.
I ❤️❤️❤️ that you use real ingredients - not afraid to use butter and full fat dairy... I don't use sugar free or much fat free (with the exception of Greek Yogurt and some Skim milk) due to autoimmune issues and sometimes I have a hard time finding channels with a similar philosophy - I tell people the same thing - if you want to use low fat / fat free / sugar free to reduce points, feel free! Loved the recipes! And you are so nice to listen to - charismatic, great music choices.... So nice - thank you! 🦐 is life! Love your mindfulness tip about smaller 🍽️... I discussed that too in my mindfullness series 😁
I’m a new subscriber and I love your videos! I am on the green plan. I can’t wait to try the pork and shrimp recipes! Thanks for all your hard work! You are an inspiration!🥰
Hi Lauren! I’m so loving your videos and definitely going to try everything. I’m on the blue plan too and your recipes are not only simple enough to whip up, but looks soooo delicious 😋 I know you’ve moved to the purple plan but thanks for including points for the blue😉 New subbie and so glad I came across your channel 🙋🏾♀️🤗
Thanks for watching! You can definitely follow any WW recipe on any plan! You just add or remove for 0 point foods on your color plan. Other ingredients that aren’t 0 on any plan, like chips, bread, cheese, milk… are same points on every plan!
I will definitely try the pasta dish, probably b with tomato and spinach, and I will try it with chicken also. I just started watching you and love your channel.
Yummy meal ideas. I never think about making pasta “on demand” like that What a.great way to keep portions in check. Why do I always think I have to make the whole package?
Im going to make the enchiladas and pasta this week. I don't have a trader joes, so I add a tablespoon of the light or fat free cream cheese to the pasta. I'll swap the shrimp for mussels. Mussels have omega3 and very healthy too.
Just started the other day watching your videos and I really need enjoying the videos so thank you for all your tips on weight loss I need it and have a blessed day
I love ypur show. Down to earth reall recipies. Not about all green... i tried pork chops. 350 for 22 min. Broil 3 min. Lookds ver pretty buy bacon was not done on bottom side and chops not done. Had to turn chops over and cook longer with broiling on other sise.. suggest????? Thanks for helping us all.
I sometimes need to flip & broil too… just depends on your oven and how crispy you like your bacon. I always use a meat thermometer to triple check pork is done.
Great video! All the recipes looked so Good. I don't have a trader joes so what would you use to season the bacon pork chops? And definitely going to try the pasta recipe👍
Thanks so much for sharing these! They look so great and realistic for a family. 🙌 The Pinterest link for the enchiladas appears to be broken. Is there any way you could share it again? I would love to make them, and if possible, I’d like to find/print it. If not, no worries. Thanks again! So glad to have found your channel!
@@LaurenJansenWW Thanks! I made them, and my whole (often picky) family absolutely loved them. Tomorrow night I am making the pork. I’ve been binging your videos and getting all kinds of ideas.
Hi Lauren. Thanks for sharing these amazing recipes. Do you think I can freeze the white chicken enchiladas? My friends and I are going to the beach in June and I was going to make a batch ahead and save it for dinner one night for us. Thoughts???
Definitely! This would be a great freezer prep! Personally I don’t like to ever double freeze meat, so To be safe I suggest using fresh chicken when making them! Put the whole recipe together, (up to the cheese on top) then cover well and pop right in the freezer! I suggest baking from frozen, at 350... maybe 45min? 🤔 you’ll just have to check as you go! Maybe leave covered to bake if possible to not over cook the top layer of cheese! Let me know how it goes!
im new to ww and just saw this video. but quick question, how long did you cook the pork chops? i never make them cause i never know when they are cooked lol. i can't wait to try all the recipes! ♡
First off love your channel and your energy!! But just a tip, I was always taught in ww meetings that when you measure it should be level measurements, not heaping. May not make a difference to you and your family but to others it may be the difference in losing that week. Thanks for sharing your yummy looking recipes. 😀
@@LaurenJansenWW I apologize if that in any way came off wrong. I absolutely love your videos!!! Your journey is so much like my own, you give me motivation each day to keep going with my crazy 2 year old.
Hi. Can you re-post the white chicken enchilada recipe please. The link takes me to Pinterest, but not the recipe. It looks amazing. Thanks for sharing it!
@@LaurenJansenWW thank you! I have been on WW for 10 years and was a coach for 8! I am always in need of some new motivation and inspiration with recipes. You are amazing. Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us.
These are amazing!!!! Where do u find your recipes? The last time I joined WW they didn’t help me with anything. It was just like a weekly weigh in 😢 I need help! I’m done being fat. I’m already doing so many things you talked about today but nothing seems to be working for me. Thanks 😊
Thank you ☺️ If a recipe is from a blog (which I usually find from Pinterest) it will be linked in the description. Otherwise I just love to cook, and try to bake my own twists on things to fit my points better. Sry your struggling. Don’t give up! If you’ve been trying a long time (accurately counting points & weighing food & getting exercise in) & still having a hard time, maybe consult your dr or a nutritionist?
When I weighed two tablespoons out in ounces on my scale it was way less filling 😭 but I’m not on the plan that lets me eat chicken for zero. I still do conquer cravings bc I lost 100 on it. No success when I have too many zero point foods bc I eat way too many calories 😆
Hey I have been watching your videos for a little bit this past week actually a lot of them in the last week but anyway you mentioned several times that you have a hard time with the points have you considered switching over to the Greene clan I feel like when you have less zero point stuff it might help out of all the weight watchers that of been around I’ve been doing this since 2007 the smart points which ultimately is the green plan was the absolute best for a weight loss I personally think so. The blue plan even though you get less points the yogurt the chicken and the corn all that stuff is zero but that stuff adds up I personally don’t like any of those things which is why I did the green plan but I just feel like I don’t know maybe just mixing it up could shake the plateau
I have considered switching plans just to see if I’d like something new! My problem isn’t running out of points right now tho… it’s eating enough! Thanks for your thoughts!
@@LaurenJansenWW no I know but on blue you don’t count certain things but on green you count everything except fruit and most veg but corn peas lean proteins beans are all points so you’d probably be able to get to your points easier
Just recently found your channel, and I enjoy watching the recipes you share. I’m not really a fan of Greek yogurt. How much would it affect the points if you used low fat cream cheese instead of yogurt?
It would all depend on the amount used. I find the my recipe section of the WW app to be really useful to build/customize recipes and configure points. Thanks for watching!
Enchiladas recipe is linked below! Others I just made up so they don’t have a link... but I’m working on my own recipe website hopefully to launch this summer!
I don’t right now. I did both for a while last spring just to compare and see where I was following points. I often still share calories though for viewers not on WW but just looking for healthy recipes 💕
So I love your channel but become very frustrated with the way you roll your points, I can never see them bc I don’t ever see a total per serving and can’t add bc it flips over so fast I don’t know if I have them all. I don’t want to be negative but I’m just trying to see and I’m a newbie
I enjoyed seeing these meals. They looked fairly easy to prepare and they looked delicious. You are so natural in your videos; poised, professional and at the same time approachable. Thank you, I look forward to your channel being a part of my successful weight loss.
Hi, I love your recipes. You look beautiful as well. You could update your kitchen really easy, put crown molding on top of your cabinets, use a white subway tile and replace your countertops with granite. I have the same kitchen and it looks amazing and really updated. Thanks😊
Fyi your measuring large like your scoops are heaping and not actually a half cup or a tablespoon. It wouldnt be an issue if it was once in a while but every ingredient in every meal, that adds up quickly and your points will definitely be off. I hope people trying to loose weight arent learning this bad habit.
