I live south of Houston & we thank God we only lost power 12 hrs but my son lives 20 min away but didn't get his power till Wednesday night. We moved from Iowa 3 years ago. But came home to a cleaned up yard from our son & his buddies. We headed to Arkansas & came back on Wednesday.
Love love love these videos!!! I literally plan a few days at a time and try to use our leftovers in unique ways too! Thank you for the great ideas! 💡☺️😊
Finally back with a new video! Here's 4 family friendly dinners I made while following my calorie deficit and tracking protein! The family and I are doing well after being affected by Hurricane Beryl this week (we live in the Houston suburbs). Thankful we have power back, and praying for those still battling the after math. Wishing everyone well, and I'll be back on schedule Monday with a new video! Thanks for watching and checking in on us this past week! <3 <3 <3
Hey Lauren, I just watched this video about getting the most protein and still say in a calorie deficit from a dietitian’s prospective . It made me think of you. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZXNLxjyOfw0.htmlsi=14-2zXmmqVy7TwRS
I’m literally crying here. I’m so happy that y’all had such a wonderful day at Disney. And all your hard work and perseverance made it a wonderful day.
I remember you seeming a little sad about your move to Houston and I know it was mainly about the transition for Lila... I must say you all seem to have adjusted very well... I love that you no longer have to deal with Josh traveling so much... You're both awesome parents and I love that you can do those solo grocery runs and that he gets to be with his girls all the time. I would love an update video on what your expectations were for the move and how things have gone so far!
